About this house rental
Rade is located on the direct border with Hamburg between Nordheide and Old Land on the southern city border with Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are on the A1 or the A7 in the city of Hamburg. The 2018 completely modernized spacious, attractive and tasteful semi-detached house has a lot of space (112) sqm for discerning guests.
The bright and sunny rooms are spread over two floors where each of the three bedrooms has its own modern flat screen with satellite TV and two of the TVs have Internet access. The bathroom with two windows, shower and bathtub and a double sink is located in the upper floor
A large living room with an additional sofa bed (2 pers.), a spacious dining area (8 people) and a flat screen with satellite TV and internet are located on the ground floor. Also a guest toilet. The new kitchen is fully equipped - stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher. and fridge with freezer. From the living room a door leads to a beautiful sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture, charcoal stainless steel grill and a spacious view of the garden that is only available to guests. A large gas grill can be rented.
The semi-detached house has its own entrance for guests. Two parking spaces in front of the house and a large parking lot, also for vans and motorhomes, in the immediate vicinity (next to the property) complement the facilities. A bus connection near the house takes you to the S-Bahn and from there z. B. to Hamburg or Stade.
The location of the semi-detached house is ideal especially for business travelers, mechanics and tourists who want to work in Hamburg or the surrounding area (eg Buchholz, Buxtehude, Lüneburg).- Vacationers who want to experience the Elbe, Altes Land and Heide as well as the Vierlande;
-Hikers and cyclists (e.g. along the banks of the Elbe and into the Old Land);
-Visitors of game parks and open-air museums (such as the game parks "Black Mountains"; "Lüneburg Heath"; "Vogel Park Walsrode" and the Serengeti Park)
-Cultural offers such as musicals, museums, theaters, Elbphilharmonie, Hafen-City, Miniaturwunderland and shopping in the nearby city of Hamburg.
