Pleasant

The property was stunning. Lots of facilities available in the house for all guests to use. Some noise can be heard from the adjoining room and able. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

We thought we had booked an apartment as we were travelling around Germany for 2 weeks and we always stay in an apartment. Our confirmation stated an apartment. We realised the day before we arrived it was only a double room. I made contact immediately and the hosts responded quickly offering a kettle and mugs to be available in our room. The addition of these basic facilities and a fridge would make the room much more attractive. I would also suggest changing the confirmation from apartment to a double room.

5 star (self served) accommodation in rural area 20-30 minutes from Hamburg

This is extremely well designed, spacious and comfortable (as well as affordable) accommodation. This guest house has 6 rooms, all upstairs with a side entrance accessible via a provided door code. You will also receive a separate code for your room/apartment. You can also access the downstairs which has a kitchen and a 'breakfast room', and also an area for private events (I presume). Located on a residential street along the river Elbe (you can't see the river but it's only a 100m walk). You have no meals provided and there is no staff on site and you would probably need a car or at least a bike to get to any restaurant or cafe (all rooms should have a kitchens though). Free parking right outside and also good wifi. The design and details are really like a 5-star design hotel. Hamburg city center should be around 25 km away.

The only thing to make a small remark about would be that you could hear people in the hallway when they entered or exited their rooms.

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in moderner gemütlicher Atmosphäre.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Die Betten waren sehr gut und ermöglichten einen ruhigen Schlaf. Im Haus bietet die Gästeküche gute Angebote, wenn man noch etwas besonderes zu trinken haben möchte.

Feine und moderne Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Appartement ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wohlfühlen und den Aufenthalt genießen ist angesagt! Es ist herrlich ruhig und friedvoll. 👌🏻

Die Küchen Grundausstattung darf überdacht werden. Ich hätte mir nicht nur Salz und Pfefferstreuer gewünscht, sondern zudem einen Klacks Öl und ein Löffelchen Salz für’s Nudelwasser. Nicht tragisch, jedoch… Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind teils etwas überdimensioniert für die Herdplatten und Personananzahl. Ebenfalls nicht tragisch, würde ich jedoch optimieren.

Eine wunderschöne Lodge zum Träumen und entspannen

Es gab keinen Schlüssel, sondern einen Türcode. Allerdings mussten wir dann erst einmal die Tür mit dem Code Schloss finden. Eine Runde um das Haus und es war ok.

Der Code wurde am Abreisetag 10 Minuten vor dem Auschecken gesperrt. Wäre doof gewesen, wenn wir da noch Sachen im Zimmer gehabt hätten zum Ausräumen. Glücklicherweise war aber einer von uns im Zimmer und konnte öffnen ;-)

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns gut erholt!

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, vor allem schönes Geschirr und sehr bequeme Betten. Aufwändig modernisiert, der Raum lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am Deich ist sehr schön, gut auch für einen Städtetrip nach Hamburg.

Leider ist alles ein bisschen anonym, bei unserer Ankunft war niemand dort und wir wussten nicht, wie wir bezahlen sollten. Auch war die Tür zur Maxibar verschlossen und wir wussten nicht, wie wir dorthin kommen sollten… Die Fenster könnten mal wieder geputzt werden. Aber das ist das Einzige.

Tolle Lage, man kamen gut überall hin. Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen. Weiter so ;-)

Für ältere Menschen und mit Behinderung war das Bett sehr niedrig, müssen wir das nächstenmal besser darauf achten

Stimmungsvolle Unterkunft direkt hinterm Deich

Die ehemalige „Gastwirtschaft Hermann Timmann“, direkt am Elbdeich, liebevoll renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Im Studio war alles da: Küchenzeile, grosse Nasszelle (DU/WC), Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett und Bistro-Tischchen. - Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster (der war unten in der Gemeinschaftsküche) - alles Nötige. - Parkplatz vor dem Haus, mit dem Auto zu EDEKA in 6 Min. - Die Gastgeber waren zwar nicht vor Ort, aber die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Viel Wert wird auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt.

Grundsätzlich nichts. Einzig das Treppenhaus zu den Zimmern bräuchte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bezüglich Sauberkeit.

Heerlijk verblijf

Alles was erg goed en erg schoon. Bed is wat aan de lage kant maar ligt heerlijk. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt, dat is erg prettig. De inrichting is erg goed verzorgd en past bij de uitstraling van het pand. Hamburg is ook goed te bereiken vanaf hier.

Alleen de eettafel stoelen waren iets minder. Maar goed genoeg.

Ailece kalınabilecek geniş daire

Elbe nehri kenarında ,sessiz,sakin bir bölgede konumlanmış otelde ev konforunu yaşadık. Odalar geniş ve ferahtı. Çekyat yeterince konforluydu. Her odada televizyon vardı. Mutfak ekipmanları eksiksizdi. Otoparkı geniş ve güvenli. Ev sahiplerine mesaj gönderdiğimiz zaman çok hızlı geri dönüş aldık.

Otopark ve giriş için bir tabela konsa fena olmaz. Odalar kısmına çıkarken merdivenler dar ve asansör yok. Valizlerle yukarı çıkıp-inmek biraz zor. Gündelik temizlik yapılmıyor. En azından kahve kapsüllerini günlük yenileseler fena olmazdı. Oda sıcaklıklarının nasıl ayarlandığını pek anlayamadım.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung war richtig toll. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Alles war sauber und noch recht neu. Durch den Zugang mit Türcode waren wir zeitlich flexibel. Einen persönlichen Kontakt vor Ort gibt es nicht. Das Timmanns ist darauf ausgerichtet, unkomplizierte Ferienwohnungsnutzung zu flexiblen Zeiten zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Von den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen hört man kaum etwas. Die Einrichtung ist in ansprechendem Industrial Stil. Fußbodenheizung, die bei 30 Grad draußen sogar angenehm kühlt. Edeka in 5 Min Entfernung mit dem Auto. Wer nach Hamburg in die Innenstadt möchte kann ab H-Harburg mit der S-Bahn fahren (ca. 20-25Min). P+R ist direkt daneben. 2€/24h

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto von H-Harburg kommend führt über 30er Zonen sehr gemächlich zum Ziel.

Lindo hospedaje en la campiña alemana

El sitio muy lindo a las orillas de río elba en un pueblito muy lindo con casa típicas, las habitaciones tranquilas y cómodas. Las explicaciones que nos enviaron fueron suficientes para poder usar todas las instalaciones

Un poco muy impersonal, los dueños nunca los vimos. Pero la comunicación fue buena. La limpieza dentro del edificio se podría mejorar.

Es ist besser ein Zimmer zum Garten hin zu buchen, da man im Zimmer zur Straße die Straße hört. Außerdem ist unserer Meinung nach das Zimmer mit Küche zu empfehlen, wenn man gern vor Ort frühstücken möchte.

Kommunikation super, Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe, bzw. Vorgehensweise zum Öffnen rechtzeitig bekommen. WLAN stabil und schnell. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Bad modern und sehr sauber! Im EG besteht die Möglichkeit weitere unterschiedliche Getränke zu erhalten.

Matratze im Bett etwas zu weich. Im Bett einegroße Matratze statt zwei einzelner. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Batt wünschenwert, eventuell etwas mehr Staufläche für Kleidung im Zimmer.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Ruhige Lage. Alles war sauber und schöne hergerichtet. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Hamburg kommen, sind wir bestimmt wieder hier.
