I highly recommend this property—whether you’re visiting St. Augustine or need to haul out your boat, it’s ideally located near both downtown and the boatyards. The property is clean, well-equipped with everything you need, and the manager is responsive and quick to answer any questions.

Great house with easy access to all the sights. Owner is very communicative and offered a nice listing of local things to do, restaurants to dine, and other amenities to round out our stay. We had a fantastic weekend and would come back again!

Loved the cottage... Very relaxing and homey. Really enjoyed the stay there and St Augustine was lovely and the property manager was very very helpful. Would recommend to anybody who was looking to have a good comfortable relaxing stay in a comfortable atmosphere. Hoping to stay there again sometime in the future
