A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view, central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. Went for a friends wedding. The unit is very nice and a short walk to downtown St. Augustine.

The place was perfect for two of us, close to everything, enjoyed it very much until the last day when the AC went out, the inside temperature shot up to 88, 89 degrees and we were not able to get a hold of our host (still have not heard a word a week later) I tried several times to contact her without any response, my last message I sent was letting her know that it was 89 degrees in the house and we were not staying overnight without AC and we needed to be compensated, again still have not heard anything.
