About this apartment rental
A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view, central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission for guests to enjoy. Riberia St. Pool website:

The host was very pleasant, very communicative and helpful. Property was located very close to the downtown. Room extremely very clean and all amenities needed was in the room. Loved the decor! Will definitely stay here again.

This was outstanding. Close to everything you could ever want for an experience in St Augustine. Should you ever want a permanent renter….im your gal. Keep it in mind.

I cannot recommend this stay due to the host’s attempts to solicit payments via Venmo. This is a violation of VRBO policy and a safety concern for guests. While the location is great for walking to the historic area, the house itself is far from 'luxury.' The furniture is tired and the linens are past their prime.To top it off, we were charged a significant cleaning fee but were still asked to take out our own trash. It feels like the host is cutting corners on both the property maintenance and the service. Look elsewhere if you want an actual luxury experience and a host who follows the platform rules.
