A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view, central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission. Great Location. Super comfy downstairs cottage. Would recommend for 2 couples looking to travel to St Augustine for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive.

We had a great time at your house. Some details, like the living room carpet that we tripped on a few times, and the fact that the entrance had no light. There was a broken glass, the cleaning supplies were lying around in the entrance in an ugly way. The toilet seat was partly loose and it was quite uncomfortable. For the rest, it was fine, but the tenants upstairs were running around early and it was quite a hassle to wake us up early in the morning. The patio chairs were rusty. Thanks for everything. Good luck. If you fix those details, it would be spectacular because it has a good location. In addition, the house has perfect privacy, close to important places in town.
