Additionally, we provide a sweet, fully enclosed, and semi-private courtyard accessible from different sides and the back door of the house. Please note that there are two apartments on the second floor with permanent tenants who access their units through the courtyard. However, the rest of the courtyard is exclusively available for your enjoyment!

- A washer and dryer for your convenience. Some detergent is provided but not replenished* You can find them at the end of the same level deck out back (NOT upstairs).

- No smoking inside, drug use, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited ($300 fine for violations).

- Only the number of guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome as long as they don’t stay the night.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs during their stay.

The kitchen was full and equipped with everything you need. The parking is very convenient and just outside the house. The house is also very equipped and the beds were comfortable at night. The showers are renovated which is nice. Communication with host was great and kind. Thank you for your time and effort.

Cute home for our girls' annual gathering. Nice space to dine and chat, as well as sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. The location is ideal for strolling to the historic district, catching the Trolly or dining out. As we are in our mid seventies, we found the twin bedroom too small for sharing with no closet and little room for suitcases. Better maybe for children.The off-street parking in back was much appreciated.
