Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.

Beautiful, tidy home with everything needed for a family of four. Historic downtown Augustine was just a 15 minute walk from the front steps. We loved it! Highly recommend this rental property!

We went to see the Night of Lights and we had hoped to see other sites however it was very cold and the TV was an issue we tired to work through with the host but I felt the TV may need updating ..the host was very attentive and willing to help however we had pups and did not want non familiar people in the house during our absence as we wanted to explore.I would also recommend a Keurig coffee pot for contend additional blankets for the cold temperatures..
