Amenities include private fenced yard w/grill, courtyard seating & fire pit, covered back & front porches, full kitchen, and off-street parking for 2 cars. Add'l rentals available across the street for large parties.

Exactly as described. Had a nice stay. The walk to down town was a little longer than expected. We ended up ubering back and forth and that worked fine.

House was comfortable. Close to some of the St Augustine places to visit. We had a problem with the bedroom television. The host took care of it in a timely manner. Very responsive host.we enjoyed our stay

House was as expected from the listing. Clean and well appointed. Nice quaint neighborhood and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
