This House is a Historic Gem!! It sits in a quiet neighborhood extremely close to anything you would want to do in St. Augustine. The ambience is welcoming and comfortable. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is perfect for larger families. The Wifi was excellent, the appliances were updated and it really felt like home for the 6 nights we stayed. I highly recommend this house. If you're looking for a unique and affordable spot to enjoy the Country's Oldest City, this is definitely for you. Thanks so much to the owners for making our stay truly memorable and relaxing.👍

Location, charming and has a lot of potential
The property appeared to be clean but the yard was a mess, floor sandy, window broken, front and back door deadbolt didn’t work, loose sink fixture, house was hot and dark upon late arrive as notified at time of booking, which felt a little unnerving. House was musty and moldy or there was a cat inside. Allergies hit 2 of the 3 of us within 10 minutes.
