Location walking distance to main sites and restaurants. Historical information about the building featured Well layed out and comfortable, amenities inorder and new.

Shower head in main bathroom a bit low for tall people I would have liked a kettle, but could make a plan.

Location was wonderful, the pictures are exactly what it looks like inside, beautiful. I plan to return in a couple of months. Very happy with our stay.

Spacious home, close proximity to downtown. Very reasonable check out requests.

The plank floors are in desperate need of repair, they are separating everywhere. They were also not layed properly behind the day bed in the spare room. Theres a big section missing. It really makes the space feel/look cheap and uncomfortable under foot. Several blinds have a piece broken allowing for people outside to see in e.g. the front door window, guest bedroom. The shower bottles in the master shower are not labeled and definetly need to be. It's been mentioned in previous reviews and obviously ignored. The kitchen needs baking dishes. When offering an oven it would seem reasonable to have baking dishes in the cabinets, there are none. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned it appears very "lived in" and in need of a professional clean. It's also barely enough seating space for a family of 4, let alone more. When having 3 bedrooms available the living room seating should be compatible for the amout of guests the property can hold. The beds are unbelievably firm, each and every one. It was like laying on plywood. Very uncomfortable sleep. The guest bath tub could use a deep clean, especially the jets. The black metal door outside of the parking lot does NOT lock. It has no locking mechanism. It seems to have been removed. That feels like a safety issue for sure, as the surrounding area outside looks pretty run down. The fans either need a remote or long fan pulls to adjust speeds. There is definitely an ant issue in the kitchen, nothing and I mean nothing can sit out on the counters without the ants coming out to get inside. We lost an entire dozen boxed donuts that we had not touched yet due to this. Trash cabinet needs repair. The paint is in terrible condition and it's hard to push in. Very squeaky and unaligned. Neighbor outside master bedroom leaves their flood light on all night and it shines right into the master windows. Master shower needs a deep clean, desperately.
