Cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. There is a coffee shop in walking distance and the streets all around the home are nice for dog walking. My dog and I walked to St. George and all around the shops and back to the house one evening. The house is very clean and decorated so cute. Ryan is always checking in to make sure all is going well. I don’t know how anyone could have a problem with this vacation property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming, old, quaint cottage. It had so much character and felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The little details and the Eric and Eloise figurines were such a delightful touch and made us smile every time we saw them.We also loved the National Geographic magazines, such a thoughtful perfect fit for the home’s personality.If you’re looking for a stay that feels warm, nostalgic, and full of charm, this cottage is it. We’d happily stay here again!

Great area. The kitchen was nice but metal chairs were not comfortable to sit for long to play cards or chat the evening away. Host was responsive and professional but the house was less than what we expected, hoped for and paid for. We were there 13 days. The photos show a more modern functioning house (in our opinion) so when we walked in we were underwhelmed. Couch looked dirty we threw sheets over it. The heat went out from day 1 and ir was unusually cold first few days. We got electric heaters from ryan but didn't help much and didn't help when it got hot and a/c was needed. Bedrooms do not have doors that close properly; no handles on 2 doors so we had to go around to rease the foothold. and bi-fold doors on the others like on a closet. Not as private as a real door. Beds we slept in were on lumpy side. Little kids room adults can't stand up in. No dressers or closets so you have to keep stuff in your suitcase after using the few hangers that are on hooks on the wall, cumbersome. Exterior Washer and dryer in shack was dirty not a place i wanted to clean clothes in. Outside furniture werent cleaned and gas fire place had no gas and so would not ignite. Ryan was kind and responsive and understood the value in my feedback and said he would change things but didn’t offer any compensation for the actual stay- just a future one which I would not ever use. If some changes are made this will be great. Or for a short stay as is, it can be okay.
