This home away from home offers the perfect blend of peaceful privacy and “location, location, location”. Enjoy a modern, fresh decor with a fun pops of Florida colors and spacious, light-filled rooms.

- Separate dining room with seating for 4
- Laundry room with washer/dryer/iron and ironing board
- Fully air conditioned home (Central air)
- Private back yard with outdoor seating, fire pit and grill
- Off-street parking for 2 small-medium size cars
Walk 2 short blocks to Main St to enjoy a great mix of restaurants, bars, breweries & boutiques. Or why not walk, run or cycle some of the 37-mile Pinellas Trail located only one block away from the cottage. Drive 15 minutes south to enjoy the fun of Clearwater Beach or 15 minutes north to lap up the beauty of Honeymoon Island beach, from where you can take a hourly ferry to the paradise island of Caladesi. The location doesn't get much better for enjoying all the delights of Dunedin - voted one of America's best walkable small towns!

2. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. Two are idirected at the entrance, parking spaces and driveway and the second is located at the rear of the property overlooking the rear entrances.

The cottage was superb - better than listed. Checkin was very easy and we settled in immediately. Great communication from Sophie, especially during hurricane Idalia’s visit. I would definitely recommend both the cottage and Dunedin, which was within easy walking distance and has a great vibe. We shall definitely be back!!

We had a fabulous stay here. Location was perfect to access the Pinnelas bike trail and downtown area. The rental was very zcomfortable and the patio area was private yet spacious . Looking forward to our next stay here!
Just be aware that there are several one level steps to get from one part of the unit to another.

Palm cottage is a hidden gem. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and 2 blocks from main.
Sophie was an excellent host and was prompt in answering questions.
We would stay again any time!

Staying here for a few days was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the decor was stylish and gave the environment a cozy and relaxed feel. Spent quite a few hours relaxing on the quiet patio; it really is amazing how lovely & quiet the neighborhood is and yet so close to everything in Dunedin. If we find ourselves making a return trip we would definitely book again! Thanks, Sophie!
