Prime Dunedin location! Adorable home just behind Main Street furnished with coastal decor. Master bedroom is spacious with king bed, double closets and tall dresser. Guest room has matching twin beds. Convenient fenced backyard. Dunedin is a small town with local shops and restaurants. Just one block to the Pinellas Trail (spans the entire county north to south) and three blocks to the waterfront - with a pier to view the amazing sunset! Famous Honeymoon Island State Park is about a 5 minute drive. Walk to the Blue Jay's stadium! So much to do with a lively social crowd, always something going on in Dunedin - festivals, craft shows, local markets and more! Ten minutes north of Clearwater Beach. Full sized washer & dryer. Adorable and well appointed property. Close to everything. We were in town for a nearby sports event. Was much better than just a hotel!

House location very good , main issue was closing of doors within the house , impossible to close bathroom door without waking partner during night , all doors should be fixed.Main bedroom light did not work - suspect bulb blown A modem kettle would be a benefit as easy to a burn yourself using old style kettle

Easy access. Everything was just as advertised. House was clean and amenities were appreciated. The convenience to the downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants was wonderful.

The house was very old and in need of some repairs; doors not staying shut, some electrical outlets not working, missing light bulbs. The biggest complaint was that the tv service was horrible. Thousands of stations, none which are any good. It had a nice kitchen and nice porches. Nicely decorated. It was in a very good location, a very short walk to Main Street.
