Right in Downtown Dunedin, steps to restaurants, night life, festivals, and Blue Jays baseball. Close to award winning beaches, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach. Downtown Dunedin boasts 7 breweries, multiple pubs, a night club, a distillery, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Come play with us!
This 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex is where we raised our children, our Grandpa lived in the front unit. It is right in the middle of tons of things to do. There is a bedroom with a private bath, another bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and another bath that has a washer/dryer. We have provided beach supplies as well. Start your day with coffee from the Keurig machine and either cook in in the fully stocked kitchen or wander down the street to one of our many award winning restaurants. There is a large private back yard as well. Parking is provided.

We attended a wedding on Saturday & stayed here Fri & Sat night. Great location. Very comfortable unit. Nicely decorated. Would stay again if we were in the area.

The house was very close to breweries and restaurants so that walking was not an issue. Very convenient.
