There are 2 bedrooms and one bath with comfy beds and blackout curtains. the kitchen has everything that you need to cook at home or visit one of our many restaurants within walking distance. The front porch is a perfect place to people watch with coffee or cocktails!

We loved staying in this house! It was clean and charming, plus our hosts thought of every little detail… From including laundry pods to coffee creamer! Set an a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to downtown. Can’t wait to go again!

On our last day of Phillies spring training, a restaurant waitress suggested a trip to Dunedin and we fell in love with the town.
For spring training 2024 we wanted to stay in the "downtown" area, and this cottage was perfect. It was clean, charming, well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood...yet a short 3-minute walk brings you to all the downtown shops, bars, restaurants and marina. Kathy and Dan are wonderful hosts and the cottage was great.

Fabulous week with friends. The KL Cottage is ideally situated in downtown but also easy to get on the road. Kathy was extremely responsive and the cottage was quaint and immaculate!
