Prime Dunedin location! Adorable home just behind Main Street furnished with coastal decor. Master bedroom is spacious with king bed, double closets and tall dresser. Guest room has matching twin beds. Convenient fenced backyard. Dunedin is a small town with local shops and restaurants. Just one block to the Pinellas Trail (spans the entire county north to south) and three blocks to the waterfront - with a pier to view the amazing sunset! Famous Honeymoon Island State Park is about a 5 minute drive. Walk to the Blue Jay's stadium! So much to do with a lively social crowd, always something going on in Dunedin - festivals, craft shows, local markets and more! Ten minutes north of Clearwater Beach. Full sized washer & dryer. Easy access. Everything was just as advertised. House was clean and amenities were appreciated. The convenience to the downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants was wonderful.

We loved the location. The only think I want to mention is that in the kitchen, they had just the bare minimum of what is required. We like to cook especially breakfast, and the pans were pretty much non usable. We tried making scrambled eggs and even used oil and it still stuck really bad. I would recommend replacing the set. Also, there wasn't even a pizza cutter. Little things like that could really improve the overall experience. Loved the location and nice decor. We would stay there again it would be nice to see these upgraded. Can't beat the location.

The kocation was great. Walking was easy to downtown Dunedin.

The house was very old and in need of some repairs; doors not staying shut, some electrical outlets not working, missing light bulbs. The biggest complaint was that the tv service was horrible. Thousands of stations, none which are any good. It had a nice kitchen and nice porches. Nicely decorated. It was in a very good location, a very short walk to Main Street.
