Pickets Cottage is a quaint and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath located just 2 blocks from the heart of Downtown Dunedin. If you enjoy beaches, baseball, biking, breweries and boutiques then you'll LOVE Dunedin! Here's a guest review that really says it all....
"Even though the photos on the web site adequately reflect the cottage, it becomes more amazing once you step inside. The cozy, homey atmosphere wraps around you. It is clean and uncluttered. It is well stocked with the basics upon your arrival....The location of the cottage is just as perfect as the cottage. It is located a half a block from Pinellas trail (a 38 mile walking and bike path) It is located a block and half from downtown Dunedin where you can experience a variety of art fairs and farmers markets as well as restaurants, bars and gift shops. The Toronto Blue Jays stadium is just a few blocks in the opposite direction. Dunedin is a very alive community...Even though downtown area is so near, the cottage is located on a fairly quiet street. I felt very safe in the area as well as in the cottage. I would certainly return as well as highly recommended it to my friends".

- Well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances
- Laundry area with large washer and dryer
- Plenty of storage closet space
- Linens, Towels and paper products are provided.
- Fully-fenced-in front yard with seating
- Back yard seating area with fire pit and grill.
Drive 15 minutes south to enjoy the fun of Clearwater Beach or 15 minutes north to lap up the beauty of Honeymoon Island beach, from where you can take a hourly ferry to the paradise island of Caladesi. The location doesn't get much better for enjoying all the delights of Dunedin - voted one of America's best walkable small towns!
Pet Policy: Small dogs only (under 25lbs) are considered. Breed and size must be declared on booking. Pet fees apply.
Price include: all utilities, wifi, Netflix/YouTube TV, pest control and Lawncare.
Please note: For the safety and security of our guests and team we have 3 security cameras located on the exterior of the property. 2 overlook the front yard, driveway and front entrance. The second overlooks the back entrance and parking space.

I was so pleased that the place matched the description and pictures. The cottage was cute and very clean. It was close to all the shopping and restaurants in Dunedin. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little house! Only thing i would suggest is bring your own pillows. Some of the pillows were very uncomfortable. But the overall stay was great! You can walk everywhere from this location! And the host was very kind. Thank you, we will be back

We stayed at Sunshine Cottage the month of November and loved everything about it. The cottage is so adorable, comfortable, bright and cheery. We ate out a lot but found everything we needed when we decided to stay home and cook. Great spaces for the two of us and for our granddaughter when she came for weekend sleepovers! The cottage has a beautiful fenced in front yard which became our go-to-place to sit with a glass of wine after a busy day. Evenings in the neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. One of the great benefits of the cottage is its proximity to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island State Park (our favorite beach for swimming and sunsets and for fishing). There are so many restaurants, shops, breweries, parks, the marina and even the Pinellas Trail for walking/biking....all within minutes away. Sophie has done a wonderful job decorating the cottage, maintaining it so well...it was a super home away from our MN home and we look forward to returning next year! Thanks Sophie for a wonderful stay and for being such an good host. Karen and Nino
