We stayed at the same property this year - can't beat the location. The ball stadium two blocks away, downtown Dunedin three blocks away. The house has everything we need - could use better lighting out on the screened in porch. We enjoy sitting out there but once dusk hits, the lights in the porch do not provide enough lighting and unable to play cards, games, etc.

The house is pretty run down, small and not updated. There was no area to sit down and have a meal so we ate dinner standing around the island. There are 3 bedrooms but only 1 shower. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen. The surrounding grass was overgrown in the front yard. The area was quiet and the hosts were responsive.
