It was super easy to find the building, easy access to the 2nd floor by elevator or stairs. No physical key was needed, the door has a door lock with code access which was super to use and access to.

Enough beds to fit 7 people, but living space was kind of small for all of us which is expected from Japanese architecture.

Host has set up a great apartment for travellers. Two bathrooms very handy. Beds were comfortable which is not always the case in Japan. Close to train stations. Easy access to popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Host provided many of the required consumables (shampoo/soaps etc) and utilities (hair dryers/ irons etc). Bathrooms were clean but the kitchen could use a little attention. A very comfortable apartment, and I would definitely stay there again.

Check in instructions need to be updated as they were incorrect and we became locked out of the apartment when we first arrived. Luckily there was someone there to help us and reset the door. A new kitchen sponge for each stay is important.

1) Super spacious and two bathrooms is a rare find for tokyo central. 2) Extremely close to JR station. 3) The beds were very comfy and it was overall a good place to stay

1) IMPORTANT: the check in instructions are out of date and show photos that do not match real life. We wasted a lot of time looking for a door with a certain lock which didnt exist anymore. The cleaner was luckily still at the property and indicated us which the apartment was. The host needs to update the instructions with up to date photos immediately. 2) The floors in the rooms werent clean enough. We moved a bed and were shocker to see the dirt and dust under it. 3) There werent any instrucions on how to locate the washing machine and on how to use it

Location was good for food and experiencing Tokyo from a different perspective.

Hard to find initially. Tiny kitchen.
