Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Convenient for what we needed for the weekend. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy!

Heating was on timers but found it quite cold still! Especially coming into the winter. More towels would have been great for the length of stay but we just washed and dried them and it was fine!

Not bad overall

The accommodation was fine. Bedrooms were adequate in size and they were comfortable. We used the washing machine no problem and there was a drying rack to use to hang the clothes. The off street parking was nice.

The table was in the living room behind the door (not as in pictures...the living room furniture was all moved around) and the chairs on the carpeted floor felt a little wobbly. We didn't really feel very comfortable eating there and there are not enough chairs for 5 people. There was a little breakfast bar in the kitchen where two people could sit though so I guess manageable. The kitchen tap was literally about to fall off. I had to tell the kids not to touch it just it case they broke it. The biggest issue was that there were not enough dishes or utensils. We had planned to cook there but once we saw what was available ended up getting pizza. The pots and pans need to be replace and there were only 2 forks for 5 people...so many missing things in the drawers. The kitchen was beautiful but unfortunately practically empty. The neighbours were VERY noisy.

Very disappointing ..avoid

Location was good for us and parking.

Many things broken.. coffee maker, kitchen bin, kitchen sink plug, saucepans all need replacing. No chest of drawers in bedrooms, Mirrors needed Bathroom is on ground floor.. door lock broken, shower head doesn’t fit attachment, shower door doesn’t shut, tap about to break Sofa very hard and uncomfortable No live TV Garden all covered in weeds.. no chairs to sit on

Our stay was okay. The property was clean with clean towels and bedding. The decor was nice but the couch, dining chairs

The furniture was wobbly, loose toilet seat, dining chairs were wobbly. Breakfast bar was next to empty with two cookies for 4 guests. It could have been better.

Overall a good house that was fundamentally let down by a few very simple but essential things. See points below. Aside from those things noted below (which could be easily addressed with a small investment), the house is good. The off street parking was good. The kitchen and bathroom were newly done and clean. We arrived and the smoke alarm was beeping and the calling the contact number got no response. We didn't get a response until the next day and that was via email saying they would send an electrician! My husband changed the battery himself. We then went to cook dinner to find only 3 plates, 3 forks, 1 bowl, no oven trays. We booked for 2 adults and 2 grown children. There were no wine glasses either nor a bottle opener. We had to head back to the shops to buy all of the above. We then discovered there were no dish clothes to dry dishes. The dishwasher also wasn't working - which they didn't bother to come out to fix either despite being told the morning after we arrived. Another purchase. The washing machine worked but still felt like the delivery block hadn't been removed so made an awful noise when spinning - again we advised this and they didn't bother to come out. No washing basket or drying line. The foot on the sofa was broken and needs repaired. We only had 2 bath towels for 4 of us so had to also buy another towel. Overall a good house that was fundamentally let down by a few very simple but essential things. You will need your own app login as there is no 'normal tv' either.
