Lovely stay, would recommend!

Fantastic location, right in the midst of things on the main street - close to where you can hire bicycles. So much space for the price of the room, I was incredibly impressed. Easy and good to work from - wifi connection strong. Good value for money.

There wasn't much 'showing me round' when I arrived, more just handed the keys. But I know where they were if I had questions.

Definitely stay here! It's lovely!

Everything was perfect! The beds are sooo comfy and there is loads of space. It was spotlessly clean and right near the shops and restaurants. The host was so kind and welcoming, I would recommend visiting his cafe My Dear Coffee for some delicious Pad Thai! He also stored our bags for the day and was so helpful when our taxi didn't turn up.

Great value for money in a handy location

We had a lovely stay at Hunny Home. It was an absolute bargain compared to other options on the island. It's a great size, even with 4 people in it you would have plenty of space. The bedroom can be split off from the seating area which was helpful when it came to cooling the room down. We hired a scotter and arranged a taxi with the owner who was in a booth a stones throw away most of the day and he was very jolly. We did hire bicycles from Eco Bikes which was a nice way to see the island. The accommodation is right in the centre of town and a skip away from the 7 Eleven. There were plenty of places to eat but we found you needed to go early so you didn't have a long wait.

The only down side to this was the noise from the ajoining apartment, we could hear the guest snoring and sneezing and the place did shake a bit when he walked around. Most people probably wouldn't even notice it but if you have sensitive ears then you might want to take ear plugs.

Really great value for your money overall, thanks!

The rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable. The location is convenient if you'd like to explore the island but at the same time stay close to some restaurants and cafes. I also need to mention the owner here – a fantastic man who speaks great English and will gladly use it to tell you a thing or two about Ko Yao and Thailand in general. Oh, and be sure to visit both his own cafe down the main road (called My Dear Coffee), as well as his sister's restaurant (Earth & Plants) - both serving fantastic food at unbeatable prices!

To be fair, there a few sources of noise here – the street in front of the rooms, a restaurant playing music all day at the back, and the German tourists staying in the other room (thin walls). That said, this is still a great choice for staying in Ko Yao Noi.

Very handy for town and the 7/11. Clean and comfortable. Slept well despite the traffic noise. Excellent value for money and easy to find.lots of bottled water left. Thankyou

You could hear people in the next door unit but it didn't bother me.Some sachets of coffee would have been nice.

Amazing

Perfect!! It felt like we were at home Definitely recommend Cheap, has everything you need, specious Hot shower, good mattress, kettle, dishes, refrigerator, dining table, AC. The only thing I would say was missing is a microwave. The location is obviously not at the beach but it’s closed to many grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, fresh market. You can rent a scooter from the owner for a good price 10 minutes away from the beach 3 minutes away from the pier.

AMAZING AMAZING

Everything! Extremely unit, big fridge, comfy bed, small dining table, gorgeous garden. Host is exceptional and even helped us plan a kayaking trip to see the big tree! Food at his and wife’s restaurant was delicious too and his brother is an excellent taxi driver. We didn’t want to leave Hunny Home. Right in the middle of the lovely little town too near a couple of nice restaurants and 7Eleven.

Superb

Hunny (owner) is as described in many other previous comments : very welcoming and helpful person. He shares advice about activities on the island, tell you a bit about how live the community, help you for the next destination and other practical stuff. His English is perfect and easy to communicate with. The accommodation is nice and clean. You even have access to a kitchen that enables you to prepare your breakfast. I had a pleasant stay at Hunny Home. Next door, Hunny's sister has her own restaurant, the food is delicious and cheap. The place is not located of the side of the island where the beaches are but it doesn't matter, you can easily reach them with a motorbike in 10 min. It's enjoyable staying in the city centre to get the vibe of local life.

Exceptional

The best stay I had on my Thailand trip. Located in zeh village close to a 7/11,i had a lovely room with AC, which I didn't expect, blathroom with hot water which was nice for a change as I like to shower before sleeping. The owner was so nice and helpful, got fresh food and water, I had a kitchen with fridge and water cooker.. Possible to eat there, lovely food as well.

IT was so amazing that we need to come back ! At first i made a mistake, cause i booked the room on a day before we actually came . But the owner was so kind that we paid only 400 bth not All price 😍 He was sitting with us and gave us the best advice for kayaki !!! He Is really friendly, kind and helpfull, smiling all the time ☺️ He show us the house. IT was there big kitchen with a fridge ( Full with water for us! ) Our room was so nice a things that make sense 🤌 but we choose the smaller one because we didint know the difference betwen two obtions on booking. But there is huge difference , literally 😂The second room Is huge that you have two enter into !!! Everything there is new !Everything ! Shower was Also big with everything what you need! Right to the hunny home Is a restaurant. I think that his wife Is cooking there. Amazing !!!! Spaghetti was amazing more italian that in Italy restaurant Luna ! After the meal they gave us a dezert And after fresh fruit 🤤🤤🤤 7 eleven is like les than 3min walk and 2min walks was alcohol shop. Hunny home Is on a shop And food Road but Its really queit ! When we we're living we have some troubles with the transfer to the pier. So owner call them And after they took us to the pier !!!They Safe us ! Thank you SIR we Will come back ! And if you want to go to the Island And these room Will be Full dont be worry, he own also another building 2min walk from this place 🙏 His english is amazing !!! So dont be worry And send him a message .

Lovely home, lovely host, lovely experience!

the property was sensational. We really enjoyed our stay which offered a private backyard where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, and the room itself was simple and spotless. Wichit (host) was so kind and accomodating. He made the stay much more enjoyable by sharing his tourism advice and helping us out around the island. His restaurant, a short walk down the road, supplied yummy food at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend staying at this destination if you’re looking to wind down after staying in the busy parts of Thailand.

Very good

Hunny Home is in the middle of town, convenient for restaurants and shops. The unit is very spacious, nice " beach house" decor and very clean. There is a big bedroom, front dining, seating area, and a spacious bathroom and also fridge and plates, cups, cuttlery etc. You can also sit in the lovely backyard. The owners are very nice and have a restaurant down the street. You can also rent motor bikes and tours etc.

Everything was great! Only thing we would have liked is a bedside lamp.

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a prostorné. Ocenili jsme se synem pohodlné a voňavé a hlavně měkké postele, což v Thajsku nebývá zvykem. Nechyběla klimatizace, lednička, varná konvice, nádobí, ale i koš na prádlo, ramínka na oblečení a ručníky a osušky. Pan majitel byl velice ochotný, půjčil nám motorku a poradil se spoustou věcí ohledně našeho dalšího cestování. Také nám objednal taxi při odjezdu a vyhledal lodní spoj na další ostrov. Lokace ubytování je naprosto senzační, vše je v docházkové vzdálenosti. Ubytování bylo za velmi rozumnou cenu. Během našeho pobytu jsem z motociklu viděla většinu ubytování na ostrově, buď byla velmi daleko od moře nebo obchodů, nebo byla velmi předražená. Tohle ubytování byla naprostá senzace !!! Moc děkujeme.

Mrzí mě, že jsme se s panem majitelem nestihli rozloučit, neboť jsme odjížděli velmi brzy. A tak alespoň tady, přejeme krásné Vánoční svátky a velice Vám děkujeme. Jana a Jonáš Novotní

Une étape réussi sur une île magnifique

Dans cet île magnifique tout est simple et facile . Ce petit hébergement très bien placé à une grande chambre. C’est propre climatisé et avec un parking à scoter devant et des commerces tout autour . Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible si il faut . C’est un hébergement de routard idéal avec un grand lit , hélas pas de coffre fort mais apparemment la sécurité sur cette île est plus qu’assurée . Les portes restent ouvertes ouvertes la confiance règne…. C’est un autre point positif de l’île . Je suis satisfait de mon choix j’y suis resté une journée de plus .

Le jour du départ et ce que j’ai le moins aimé mais il faut bien continuer sa route !.

Der Schein trügt

Der erste Eindruck schien erstmal gut

Leider war die Klimaanlage auf Dauer Eco eingestellt also zu warm im Zimmer. Aus dem Nachbarraum war alles zu hören Halli Galli um zwei Uhr morgens nach Partybesuch. Die Kommunikation ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterkunft liegt an der Hauptstraße des Ortes. Handwerker gaben Sonntag um 6 Uhr morgens ihr bestes im Hinterhof. Wer Ruhe wünscht falsche Adresse.
