Villa Amina is a stunning 185-square-meter villa, ideally situated just a 5-minute drive from Agios Nikolaos in Crete. Crafted to the highest standards, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views, elegant detailing, a private swimming pool and a private gym.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living and dining area, as well as an additional WC for guests (equipped with a washing machine). The living room features a large flat-screen Smart TV, a sound system stereo, and karaoke for your entertainment needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both adults and children.
A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms boasts a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two bedrooms each offer two single beds. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom with a bathtub. To guarantee our guests' comfort, the entire house is air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi internet access is provided. A convenient and well-equipped gym room is available on the premises, located across from the pool patio.
Furthermore, the outdoor areas of Villa Amina are designed to leave a lasting impression and provide beautiful sea views. The generously sized private pool measures 8.40 x 2.75 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters and is furnished with comfortable loungers and poufs, creating an inviting space to relax and soak up the sun. The outdoor areas are furnished with comfortable and well-appointed amenities, perfect for unwinding, hosting a barbecue, or enjoying al-fresco dining, enhancing the overall experience.
