Spacious. Big dining room table. Comfortable beds, sofas. Washing machine and dishwasher really useful for our group. Big fridge. Proximity to beach and restaurants/cafés. Lift. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking over the sports field towards the sea. Well equipped with cooking equipment, though we only used the kettle, mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery.

We never saw the owner or manager. Had to collect the keys late at night from a café several minutes away. Once in, we discovered some of the air con remotes needed new batteries. There was a power cut a day or two after we arrived. Already one bedroom shutter didn’t work; then the lounge ones were stuck. The cleaning lady managed to fix one but in spite of assurances that someone would come, nothing was done. Annoying - the balcony is in 2 parts so we could only access it through one door. Plus the dining area was always dark. There was plenty of hot water but actually only one usable shower (over the bath - a bit tricky for 2 of us with arthritic knees…). The other ‘shower’ was just on the wall by the toilet in what amounts to a cloakroom (loo and washbasin). Using that as a shower resulted in a wet floor which took hours to dry - not practical at all. We would have appreciated a proper walk in shower, which we’d expected. Only one bedroom had hanging space - there were shelves elsewhere but even a clothes rail in each bedroom would be useful. It was disappointing that the manager never appeared even though he said he would come over. I would have expected him to appear on day one and talk us through the facilities etc. Failing that a handbook or notes would be useful. After all, some cleaning products under the sink might have been for the kitchen and/or the bathroom…? Mops on a balcony for outside only or also indoor use? We were surprised that no cleaning was offered over 2 weeks or change of bed linen, etc. We even had to top up toilet paper and hand gel. As for dustbins - where are they? The only ones I saw were about 10 minutes walk away. We didn’t use the oven but when I looked inside there was a sheet of used grease proof paper on the tray: it clearly had not been cleaned before we came.

Location was great for town and beaches

It is one of the best flats we have stayed in. It is really a luxury flat with two bathrooms. Everything is new and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Very convenient location, round the corner from tavernas and cafes and the Ammos Beach. I enjoyed immensely celebrating my 50th birthday there.

Spacious modern apartment in a great location just a few steps to the beach. Manos and Janey were very friendly and supportive when we arrived. We would happily stay here again.
