Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche und angenehmer Wohnbereich mit TV in allen Räumen. Zur Ankunft waren Mineralwasser, Saft und Wein, sowie Kaffeekapseln, Marmelade, Nutella und Butter vorhanden, dazu Prospektmaterial. Nach fünf Tagen kam die Reinigung, neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles war sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, zum Ammos-Strand sind es nur knapp 200 Meter.
Vom Wohnbereich und Balkon hat man leider keinen Ausblick.
