Howard Luxury APT

I was travelling to Agios Nikolaos with my teenage daughters for the first week of July, and chose to stay in David's apartment. It was the best choice that we could make! It is a comfortable and functional two-bedroom apartment, very spacious, well equipped with all necessities for a longer stay; the view is of the main round circle in AN where the two main pedestrian streets start from, it has a good size balcony perfect for watching people strolling about, the bedrooms were quiet, there is an adequate bathroom; there are TV's setup with Netflix in the living room and in each bedroom. It is in the best location, a few beaches within easy walking distance along nice streets with cafes and beautiful shops; all convenience stores are just downstairs, steps away (grocery stores, pharmacies, pastry shops, ice cream shops, taxi stand, free local bus under the balcony). There are two beach bags with beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and floaties for free use. We used the washing machine a couple of times (all detergents are provided). For three girls travelling alone, we felt very safe in this location and David was an amazing host who looked so well after us; he prepared snacks and drinks in the fridge (even popsicles for the girls) for our arrival, he made restaurant recommendations, offered to take us on his boat, told us about the local market (which was well worth it to get some fruits and summer dresses at good prices), checked on us through WhatsApp every day, helped to bring our luggage up on arrival, as well as at check out. We absolutely loved it, and highly recommending it to family, friends, and other travelers. Thank you David for your awesome hospitality, we hope to be back in the future!

The property was so modern & clean. Any issues we had was dealt with instantly by David. He was such a great host & so kind and friendly.

Nothing, it was perfect for everything we needed for the week.

David was a wonderful host and could not do enough for you. It was central to everything with two beaches both within walking distance. It looks down to the main square where you can sit and watch the world go by. The communication with David was amazing with him on the property within minutes if you have any problem. He brought up our luggage when we arrived as there was two sets of stairs and came in the evening to bring it down again. We would like to return here in the future. Thanks David 💐

He needs to install a new toilet seat as it was quiet important to have a a clean toilet
