St. Nicolas Soho Apartments

Incredible location. Large, well appointed apartment.

Stairs were steep but that’s about it!

The property is well located in a central location and close to restaurants and local attractions. It’s a beautiful large spaced apartment that would otherwise have received a higher review rating from us if it wasn’t for the night club operating until all hours of the morning.

I’ll be brutally honest - if you’re looking for a peaceful night sleep this apartment is not for you. Unfortunately our apartment bedroom was directly above a night club which made our stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Although the hosts were sympathetic, they wouldn’t or couldn’t move us. They frequently used the narrative that the apartment is in a “lively” area so we should expect this. We have been travelling for a month having booked many apartments in the main city areas of Italy and Greece and this was the first time we encountered something like this.

Great location as very central, close to the marina, shops and tavernas. Very modern apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped.

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. The bedroom is very comfortable but renters need to be aware that there is a nightclub across the street and the music vibrates through the apartment until 6 in the morning. I don't know if this is only at weekends. Renters also need to be aware that if your are in Soho apartment 2 that there are 39 steep steps to climb to get to the door.
