Finding a parking can be a bit challenging (if you don’t want to pay extra money).

Apartment is excellent, you are right next the port with a view of nice view. Most restaurants and entertainment are in walking distance.. highly recommended.

Apartment was well lit and well furnished, well located and peaceful enough. I enjoyed the sunrises and views. Their wifi was one of the best I experienced in the town. I am a very frequent visitor to the town to see my ageing Mom. The owners surprised me with some stunning cookies and oranges...and those were heavenly! I promptly bought more and went off to nearby villages to buy some off owners to enjoy!...and discovered some unpretentious superb village food!!

I wasnt on vacation but there on family distressing business with an ill Mom. Kitchen equipment was poor to non existent (for health conscious me who hates take outs) and no instructions on how to work the fully electronic stove....owner couldn't figure it out either! ....and only a small hand held shower (for health conscious me who would never use those impossible to clean spa baths)..... and i couldn't find any english channels and again no instructions if there were any.... the wifi was excellent though! I streamed on my ipad! I also managed to get myself locked out when the wind slammed the door just as i was preparing to leave and was standing on the wrong side of it.... and discovered there was no handle to open door with...so take a warning here that the locals here have ultra security in a very safe location and very safe town with everyone leaving their doors open...so no need this frustration of massive expensive €3000 door they installed (unimpressed owner scolded me over it). The owners werent impressed or care that I had never seen a door without a door handle! They promptly took away the second key...why they think that would help stop the wind slamming the door? I also just couldn't understand their attitude to only one key for two people. It meant my mother sat outside waiting for me sometimes in cold weather. Since they have room for four people ...one key for four people just makes for some unhappiness i think. It is frustrating, uncomfortable and senseless ...and a very sour note to be that difficult over a door and key! Especially when i am already in heavy distress with my Mom sinking into dementia.

On arrival someone else in the one we booked luxury lake view. Was given one on top of the hill luxury lake center house. With being pensioners found it very difficult. No bath hardley a lake view. And main view was car park. Not the one we booked.

It was not The Apartment we booked with a bath and lake view.
