Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, καινούριο, με τεράστιο χώρο στάθμευσης, ωραία επίπλωση, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο.
Οι ρυθμίσεις στην τηλεόραση ήταν στα ρωσικά, προφανώς από τον προηγούμενο επισκέπτη, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να την χρησιμοποιήσω, αφού δεν μπορούσα να καταλάβω καμιά οδηγία, ούτε καν για να αλλάξω τη γλώσσα.

Everything about the apartment was great and we'd definitely book it again. Having the guaranteed private parking is a big plus. The apartment matches the photos and is finished to a high standard with nice lighting, a comfy bed and a nice big sofa. The fridge & freezer is full-size which is very useful; we didn't cook in the room but the kitchen was well equipped to make a proper meal if you wanted to.
The location worked well for us, it's easy to get in and out of from the main 90 road as you take quieter roads to Ammoudi beach then go up to the apartment rather than driving through the town itself (which can be stressful for a tourist driver). There's 3 bakeries within walking distance (Melissa's is a 1 minute walk away so we went there most mornings for pastries, but Milo's and Perfect were both good options too), plenty of coffee shops, and you can be at the lake/town centre within about 10 minutes walk either going through town or along the seafront.

Great Location, super quiet, nice pool, huge apartment, climate control very silent, great balcony with sea view.
Extraordinary clean, kitchen well equipped, elevator, parking (for small and medium sized cars).
After three days we requested fresh towels, which was no problem at all - thank you for that.
In 5 walking minutes you have a small beach with boat rental, great bakerys, nice coffee places. We only walked 10 min to the lake where you can find nice restaurants
Since there was no cleaning service during our 7-day stay (which I didn’t realize beforehand, as it wasn’t mentioned on Booking), the apartment naturally got a bit sandy over time. It would have been helpful to have a mop or a small vacuum cleaner to keep things tidy ourselves.
Also, when using the overhead shower, the whole bathroom floor will get quite wet, so we had to use the towels quickly to avoid water getting near the door (but then we had dirty towels again and there is no reception to ask for new ones immediately).
We did not bring beach towels from home, so we had to buy some. Overall it’s a lovely place and with a few small improvements it would be perfect.

Spacious, great view, well equipped, modern and everything fully functional. Air con quiet but v effective, wi-fi as good as at home. Good car parking directly under the building. Very clear and timely instructions made it v straightforward on arrival - thank you Emmanouil!
There was supposed to be a hair dryer, but we didn’t find it. The one-way system complicates the approach to the street esp as my Tom-tom satnav directed me via a disallowed route. The first is trivial, the second not the fault of the property, just something to be aware of.
