Tres belle maison de ville idéalement située , rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, disposant d’un extérieur soigné avec cuisine d’été et bassin et jets hydro massant. Un véritable havre de paix et de sérénité à deux pas du lac et d’excellents bars et restaurants. Manos, le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement, est très disponible et répond rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Il est propriétaire de 2 excellents établissements ( bar et restaurant) à 200 m de la villa avec vue magnifique sur le lac et la ville d’Agios Nikolaus. Il est d’ailleurs possible de se faire livrer le petit déjeuner à domicile ! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

The location of this villa is superb, very close to all the main attraction's including bars and Restaurants. The host has a restaurant himself about 100 metres from the property which I highly recommend. The outdoor bbq area and the private pool at the villa is a real highlight. The villa is at the top of quite a steep hill and this should be considered by people with mobility issues.

The Villa is exceptional in every way. Finished to a very high standard. Everything you need and in a great location. Absolute luxury
