The apartment was lovely - modern, clean and well-appointed. We especially liked the little terrace at the front, watching the world go by while sipping a wine.
It has a washing machine and drying court.
It is well located, only a couple of minutes walk to the lake, but is quiet and peaceful.

The house is in the perfect position, probably the best in the town. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are large.
The property has not been maintained, the basics were right but it was scruffy and uncared for. We had to buy a new frying pan and chopping board as the ones provided were disgusting. We had to buy an iron as the one provided was broken. Alongside we also had to buy a fan heater as 3 of the 4 AC units did not put out any heat. Broken lampshades and bare light bulbs gave an air of delapidation. The vacuum cleaner did not work nor did the hair dryer.
All of these problems are easily put right, the owners just need to love the place again.
