The Dreamhouses by the Lake

Really nice large space centrally located! It was great for our family of 5 and could easily accommodate 7-8 people comfortably. The bedrooms were very big and had very large bathrooms also! The host was very helpful and had recommendations and help for everything we needed.

I wish there was a cleaning service.

La ubicacion es estupenda, justo al lado del lago con una terracita que permite contemplar el animado ambiente del centro de Agios Nikolaos. La ciudad nos encantó. Nuestras hijas no se querían ir. El apartamento ampio y cómodo. Tampoco tuvimos muchos problemas en aparcar a finales de julio.

Un peu difficile de se garer

The house is in the perfect position, probably the best in the town. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are large.

The property has not been maintained, the basics were right but it was scruffy and uncared for. We had to buy a new frying pan and chopping board as the ones provided were disgusting. We had to buy an iron as the one provided was broken. Alongside we also had to buy a fan heater as 3 of the 4 AC units did not put out any heat. Broken lampshades and bare light bulbs gave an air of delapidation. The vacuum cleaner did not work nor did the hair dryer. All of these problems are easily put right, the owners just need to love the place again.
