Good value for money. Spacious rooms. Nice decorative details like accessories on the dressing tables. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice en-suite. Great location and fabulous sunny terrace with a view of the lake.

Limited welcome information. No welcome pack. Hosts messages abrupt and made to feel you were an inconvenience. No soap or laundry detergent. No large dustbin to dispose of rubbish so started to smell in the heat. Main door lock is very difficult to open. Not as clean as it should be, inside of cupboards in the bedroom dirty, extra bedding smelled musty and unwashed so we couldn't use, toothbrush holder full of grime.

The house is in the perfect position, probably the best in the town. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are large.

The property has not been maintained, the basics were right but it was scruffy and uncared for. We had to buy a new frying pan and chopping board as the ones provided were disgusting. We had to buy an iron as the one provided was broken. Alongside we also had to buy a fan heater as 3 of the 4 AC units did not put out any heat. Broken lampshades and bare light bulbs gave an air of delapidation. The vacuum cleaner did not work nor did the hair dryer. All of these problems are easily put right, the owners just need to love the place again.
