Apartament jest wyjątkowy, bardzo nowoczesny, czysty i zadbany widać, że właściciele dbają o to miejsce. Pomimo że miejsce znajduje się w mieście, było bardzo cicho i kameralnie. Lokalizacja - blisko niewielkiej plaży, w pobliżu sklep, punkty usługowe i gastronomiczne. Do portu i centrum kilka minut spacerem. Właściciele Ioannis i Kelly są wspaniali, od początku dbali o nas w sposób, dzięki któremu czuliśmy się jak u dobrych znajomych. Bardzo dobry kontakt od czasu wyboru oferty, przez cały pobyt, aż do momentu wyjazdu. Podczas zameldowania właściciele czekali na nas z kluczami i pakietem powitalnym w postaci przekąsek, bardzo dużą liczbą różnych owoców napojów oraz podstawowych produktów spożywczych. W trakcie pobytu dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy zestaw lokalnych nalewek do spróbowania, a przy wyjeździe całą masę lokalnych produktów na pamiątkę. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z taką gościnnością i dbałością o gości. Ioannis, Kelly jesteście niesamowici dziękujemy, że dzięki Wam nasz pobyt w Aios Nikolaos był tak wyjątkowy.
