Great location. Quiet during the night. Comfortable bed. Very nice guy at the front desk. Great laundry service.
The upper floor is accessible only by stairs – not a major issue, but good to be aware of

Room was clean, bed was clean, bathroom was clean. Both staff members I interacted with were great. Neighborhood is one of my favourites in Seoul. Close to multiple metro lines. Laundry service price is reasonable.
Any complaint I have would be nitpicky. They could put a small table beside the bed so you don’t have to put your phone on the floor while it charges. They could put a dehumidifier in the room, after a shower the room gets really wet and stays that way for a while.

Close to metro station, you would be there after 3 min walking. you could also arrive to Ikseon after 15 min walk
Rooms were too small for the price, we got the first floor which had poor ventilation (either you opened the window but someone could enter the room from the outside or you had to keep it closed) The bathroom could afford a curtain or something to avoid the meds when showering given the space. the airconditioning had a strong noise (not normal) and got turned on automatically at nigth
