    We had the family room for group of 4. Room was clean and bed was comfy.. family room was on the compact side. There were free snacks by check in machine. Luggage storage available. Owner was extremely friendly and pleasure to talk to. He made us coffee or tea every morning. On top of that, great location to do tourist attractions in downtown Seoul. Only downside is that there is no elevator, if you have many pieces of luggages, try to request lower floor. Overall , we would come back again .

    was there for 4 nights. checked out on the last to change to another room.. there is absolutely no lift in this building which is my push factor. Nonetheless the staff are so helpful. helped me with my bags. i'm at the highest floor. do not request for high floors. free flow of water is a superb plus. rooms are clean. budget hotel it is meant to be small and squeezy. i can use the washing machine and dryer freely. No lift is dying to your legs.

    It is located far from the busy city area, however it is very near to the subway station Jongno 3-ga exit 15 (less than 5 mins walk). The good thing is the you can transfer to 2 different line for this subway station. It cant be seen from outside, you have to walk into a small alley with small restaurants selling fish (so can be smelly even in the morning). Since we arrived earlier, we have decided to leave our luggages at the hotel (there are space but very limited) and came back later at 3pm for check in. The room was quite small, we have to squeeze in our luggages (mind you we have around 4 luggages in total with different sizes) so we had to open one and close another. But room feels quite new, clean bathroom, bed feels good that we had good sleep everynight. As for facilities, there is only one washing machine and dryer, so it can be hassle as the dryer takes more than 2-4 hours (for me the instruction were not very clear). There is complimentary snacks at the reception everyday. Overall, i would recommend the hotel for those who are looking for a quiet hotel, and those who are frequent subway user.
