Worn-out apartment, deposit refund issues
Accommodation has a kitchen with fridge and microwave oven. At arrival the fridge was turned off but closed. The fridge smelled and I didn’t dare to use it for open food products. Apartment is quit worn out and needs maintenance badly.
All communication in French only, owner doesn’t seem to know any English. This lead to confusion at the check-in, unclear instructions to where the key is and what the code for the key box is. Even 2 weeks after check-out, the deposit is still not returned. Owner even replied that I never made a deposit. After sending prove of the 200€ deposit, he/she seems to recon the payment. But still no confirmation of refund of deposit.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement le parking ,le studio est vaste, bon chauffage.
J'ai pas apprécié l'état dans laquelle on a trouvé l'appartement, lit pas dressé comme ci l'on avait dormi dedans, serviette salle et humide,tasse salle dans l'évier, en gros ménage pas fait après le dernier passage des clients.ce qui est dommage.

Propriétaire sabine très désagréable avec nous. Nous avons noté un 7 et un 8 sur 10 et elle ne veut plus nous louer d'appartement car soit disant la noté est trop faible!!!!!!!

Séjour décevant.
Le parking et la situation par rapport à mon travail.
J'ai eu froid, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement. Difficile d'atteindre 19°. Équipement vétuste, impossible d'accrocher la douchette pour prendre une douche. Pas de placard pour les vêtements, seulement 3 cintres derrière la porte d'entrée. Pas de lumière au plafond dans la salle de bain, ni dans le frigo, ni au dessus du plan de cuisson.
