Perfect apartment for a stay in Metz

Very well equipped apartment, nicely decorated. Excellent supermarkets in the vicinity and the ability to cook in the apartment. Location is convenient for touring and also walking distance to the city centre.

I recommend this place.

Even though it was on a farm, it was really awesome. The kids enjoyed the animals a lot. The apartment was bigger than expected, and well kept.

I didn’t know it was on a farm above cows and chickens. No air conditioning.

Overall a good package. Good value for money. Location is slightly far from the center, about a 2.5km walk.

The check in procedure is more complicated than getting into Area 51. Make sure you read the email carefully with the instructions, which is an assignment in itself. First you have to ring a number (on your phone) in front of the door to unlock it. Then you need to find your apartment number. Lastly you need a code to unlock the box that contains the keys to your apartment.

Séjour tout simplement PARFAIT 👍 👍🤩

L’appartement très bien situé, près de l’autoroute,la place de parking qui est un vrai plus !! les magasins d’alimentation à moins de cinq minutes à pieds, l’entrée autonome, le logement très propre et confortable. Voici plusieurs années que nous venons à même époque avec nos petites filles et espérons bien revenir en 2027.

Super sejour

Appartement au calme , propre et spacieux, très bien localisé. Tout près il y a l’arrêt de bus et a pied vous n’êtes pas loin du centre-ville (20-30mn)et juste en face de la location il y a un Aldi. Je recommande .

2eme fois que nous y venon mais dernière fois. Dommage que la propreté n’y soit pas car appartement bien situé.

Emplacement à 20 mn du centre ville avec arrêt de bus à proximité. Juste en face d’un Aldi. Logement bien rénové.

Fuite d’eau au niveau du lave vaisselle (signalée en Mai), 3 oreillers pour 4, bac de congélation dans un état déplorable, pas de chauffage dans la chambre, clic clac sale.

Lo más importante en invierno la calefacción y no funciona la de la habitación no hubo manera de poderla encender está mala y hace un frío que ni para dormir puedes, al igual que el sofá cama necesita un cambio URGENTE ESTA ROTO y es muy incómodo para dormir , tuve que comprar en un supermercado una calefacción de corriente ,al igual que los utensilios de cocina necesita nuevos ni un cuchillo en condiciones para poder cocinar y productos de limpieza para mantener la limpieza. De resto todo bien pero deberían tomarlo en cuenta !

Bon séjour mais quelques points à revoir

appartement agréable et bien décoré

Grille-pain rempli de résidus, aspirateur bouché et sale que j'ai dû nettoyer , un seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour une semaine, balai ramasse-miettes avec des saletés dedans. Enfin, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de savon liquide dans la salle de bain. A noter, en outre, qu'un des accoudoirs du canapé était cassé et cela a été signalé dans l'état de lieux fait par téléphone. Pour conclure, je soulignerai que l'état des lieux fait par téléphone (par messagerie et non oralement) avec la société immobilière gestionnaire de l'appartement (conciergerie) n'est pas des plus pratiques et reste plus que désavantageux pour le client. C'est plus que regrettable !

Bien situé pour une visite de la ville de Metz.

le logement était facile d'accès par rapport à l'autoroute, la ville n'était pas si loin finalement. Literie de bonne qualité. La réactivité de l'hôte.

le manque de vaisselle (3 verres à eau, 3 tasses à café), manque de torchon à vaisselle. Ce qui nous a obligé à faire tourner un lave-vaisselle pour laver 3 verres, ce qui n'est pas très écolo. Sinon, pour le reste, rien à dire.
