Sadly even though it was a complete nightmare the property looked good, nice kitchen and bathroom and quite comfortable.
Nonetheless it was extremely dirty and seemed as if it hasn’t been cleaned from the people that have previously stayed in the apartment. It was left completely disgusting! The sheets weren’t changed and still had blood stains, hairs and even c*m stains! The towels had nasty stains on them and as soon as we moved the bed there werde chips under them! Absolutely horrible!!! The host send us videos that should have confirmed the cleaning, but that video evidence was from another apartment. After that we were told that the property had been sterilised…. With hair and bodily fluids???! Yea sure!! We drove home immediately and didn’t even stay there! Disgusting and extremely disappointing!!!

Please read very carefully the House Rules. We booked this location for one night only (thank God) and been asked to pay in advance a refundable damage deposit of €300 euro although the house rules state only €200. When we reached the location we realised that all the rules were too excessive as the location looked terrible. Reading all the rules we thought we’ll enter into at least well maintained and clean apartment. However, the deception was great. Firstly, we booked the place for a family of 5, but only 3 single beds have linens (btw we found hairs under the pillows and duvet therefore assumed not being changed from the last visit). The sofa that supposed to accommodate the other 2 people looked gruesome with no linens available. The furniture looked terrible as well being dented and old. The toilet cleaning brush was on top of the toilet. We did all these observations as we wanted to recover our deposit money back, so instead of enjoying a night stay in Metz, we ended up doing an audit on the apartment, taking photos to prove we didn’t cause any harm and recover the deposit money. In the end, we decided not to use the apartment and asked for a free cancellation on booking.com. We received the approval for free cancellation and the message that we’ll receive the money back, but in the end the location retained €123.25 from our deposit and they didn’t reply to our questions ever since. We strongly recommend to think twice before booking this location.

Terrible!
Nothing.
The apartment smelled cigarette as if someone smoked in it for years. All our things smelled when we left. The shower didn’t work and we couldn’t use it because it was stuck on boiling water. In general the apartment wasn’t clean, the floor for example was sticky. On our arrival, 2 beds weren’t done, 2 towels and pillow cases were missing. No assistance was offered from the agency managing the apartment. The sofa bed was smelling mould and the mattress was dirty and very uncomfortable. It took days to get the 300€ deposit back. Avoid this place!!!
