About this cottage rental

We welcome you to Longeville les Metz in a completely independent apartment on the 1st floor of our house. Quiet, but 2 mins: restaurant, post office, pharmacy, etc.
Less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Metz.
The spacious and bright apartment F4 of 70 m2 is composed of a living room with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi available.
An American kitchen, fully equipped, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker + classic coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
1 bedroom with a 140 bed
1 second bedroom with 2 single beds
1 baby cot and 1 high chair can be made available for babies.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, hair dryer
1 separate wc
Sheets and towels are provided
The apartment is non-smoking (balcony for this purpose). Animals are not allowed
Parking is easy and free in front of the house.
The cleaning must be done before departure.
A cleaning option for 35 euros can be added. In July and August reservations are made only for the week from Saturday to Saturday.

We chose Ludmilla's beautiful apartment as our home base for visiting Verdun and several American cemeteries. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Ludmilla graciously took us back to the train station the day after our arrival to pick up our car rental. Property exceeded our expectations! Clean, roomy, warm...excellent kitchen! Merci Ludmilla!

This was perfect for our stay in Metz. A very clean and spacious apartment, quite private and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. We slept extremely well as it was nice and quiet. 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom with very nice shower. The apartment had everything we needed and Ludmilla was exceptionally kind and friendly. Great for visiting Metz and being a little outside the center of Metz was perfect.

The house suited our needs perfectly throughout our stay. We had everything we needed. The property was situated perfectly to where we wanted to visit whilst in France.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren für 3 Übernachtungen in Longeville-les-Metz. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannend. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell. Ebenfalls ist es dort sauber und ruhig. Das Haus befindet sich im Grünen. Die Vermieterfamilie Caromel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es existiert ein Parkplatz im Garten und ein Bäcker ist direkt in der Nähe. Alles in allem hat es uns und den Kindern sehr gut gefallen und wir können dies auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ludmilla et Serge sont des hôtes vraiment très sympathiques et l appartement est très douillet lumineux et très bien équipé où on peut y trouver tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Il y a aussi un petit balcon qui donne sur le jardin et qui est tres agréable ! Tout est réuni pour se sentir comme chez soi car il y fait bon vivre ! Je recommande vivement !

Le logement en question est situé dans un quartier particulièrement calme, mais également proche de toutes commodités !! La propriétaire fut extrêmement aimable et agréable , facilitant notre séjour en tous domaines (place de parking, qualité du logement et de ses équipements, etc... ). On a passé quatre excellent jours dans l`appartement de Ludmilla. C'est une très jolie maison, bien équipée et avec un petit et très calme balcon. Une location parfaite en tout point. La maison est cinq minutes a Metz centre avec la voiture. Si nous devions retourner à Metz, nous reprendrions cet appartement sans hésiter, encore merci, Ludmilla! Wir haben vier wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es gibt alles notwendige und einen kleinen ruhigen Balkon nach hinten raus. Ludmilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den nächsten Bäcker und nach fünf Minuten Autofahrt ist man im Zentrum von Metz. Eine rundherum perfekte Ferienwohnung, die wir sicher erneut mieten, sollten wir noch einmal in Metz sein, danke Ludmilla!

Locatie ligt net buiten centrum van Metz, kunt snel in de oude stad komen en ook naburige steden zijn goed bereikbaar. Verblijf was netjes en groot genoeg voor ons drietjes. Alleen was er een klein balkon om buiten te zitten. Dit is een klein minnetje, verder geen klachten.

Wir (zwei Freundinnen, Mitte 50) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche beim Ehepaar Caromel! Die Wohnung ist in echt noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos, traumhaft ruhig gelegen, nach vorne weiter Blick über die Dächer, nach hinten raus schöner Garten und nur noch Grün. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unaufdringlich, stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Es fehlt an nichts. Tagsüber gute, direkte Busverbindung ins Zentrum von Metz und zum Centre Pompidou. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen, wenn es sich ergibt, gerne wieder!
