Not recommended.

It’s not worthy to stay there the owner demanded extra money on top of booking. The owner wanted cancellation or paying extra 20 euros . I had family I didn’t want to fight him. Unwillingly have to pay extra 20 euros for arriving 10PM instead of 8PM.

There are no facilities in the property, the towels, bedsheets provided were dirty. The flat was smelly. The owner is very greedy and will be demanding extra money , if you check in 1 hour late.

Wonderful Apartment for a Great Vacation

Great apartment, great location and wonderful host. The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. It has all the basic amenities for cooking breakfast or a meal. There is a basement car park provided and the elevator goes from the garage up to the apartment. If you love to walk, you can walk to Metz city within 30 minutes. The host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.

Spacious Apartment with a view and private car parking

Sebastian, our host was extremely friendly. He met us at the front of the apartment block and showed us the garage and up to our apartment, ensuring we had all we needed. Wonderful views from our 10th floor apartment that was very spacious and had very good lighting. Easy, safe and well lit 20 minute walk into centre of Metz. Would recommend staying here if you have a car since private parking is included.

It doesn't feel good to be there - you don't want to touch things or sit on the floor Missing (cutting board) and dirty/smelling kitchenware, cup boards Some of the furniture surfaces (tables) were not wiped

Bel appartement proche centre ville

Hôte très sympathique. Proche du centre ville en 30 min à pied. Tout pour y séjourner comme équipement. Environnement calme. Immeuble calme. Transports, arrêts de bus à proximité pour ramener dans le centre ville, 80-100m. Belle vue en hauteur. Idéal pour un court ou un long séjour.

Très agréable!

La réactivité de Sébastien a été irréprochable! De plus, l'appartement est très bien localisé, lumineux et agréablement chauffée à notre arrivée! Dommage qu'on n'a pas pu rester plus longtemps mais dès que l'occasion se présente, on n'y manquera pas d'y retourner!

Un peu dur de trouver l'entrée du parking mais évidemment ce n'est pas la faute de Sébastien. Il a été hyper gentil quand on l'a appelé pour demander de l'aide!

Joli et confortable appartement, bien meublé et très fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. Le Centre ville est à 20 mn à pied. Le propriétaire nous a transmis de bonnes adresses pour des sites à visiter et pour de bons restaurants.

Séjour à Metz en famille pour la Toussaint

L'emplacement nous pouvons aller à pied à Metz Quartier Cathédrale et tout proche de l'autoroute pour nous rendre à Thionville où se trouve notre famille L'appartement et son agencement. Tout était parfait rien ne nous a manqué La jolie vue magnifique Le calme et la tranquillité belle isolation phonique on n'entend pas les voisins La disponibilité de Sébastien présent à chaque question si besoin Le garage est un plus
