Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, molto ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata ottima e indispensabile (è una mansarda). Posizione super centrale. WiFi perfetta e facile da collegare grazie al QR code. Per un italiano, la macchina del caffè Nespresso è un plus non da poco: bravi! Letto comodo, doccia perfetta, disponibile anche vasca idromassaggio ma non ho potuto usarla.
Ingresso un po' laborioso (diverse porte interne) e ultimo passaggio in un cavedio un po' sporco (ma non dipende dall'host, è un'altra proprietà). L'appartamento è al quarto piano con scale ripide, ma è piuttosto tipico in questa tipologia di case in Europa (trovato sistemazioni simili anche ad Amsterdam, Londra etc) quindi non è un difetto ma una caratteristica.

Die Lage, gute Zimmer Aufteilung und die Ausstattung.
Die Dusche im Schlafzimmer hat nur teilweise funktioniert trotz wissen des Betreibers und hat unangenehm gerochen. Der Fußboden war nicht ganz rein, da die weißen Socken erheblich schmutzig waren. Das Sofa war mit mehreren kleinen Flecken versehen. Der Spülschwamm war sehr verbraucht.
