L’immeuble est un peu particulier, mais l’appartement est très agréable et confortable. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de tout.
Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement et son emplacement.
Il est toutefois important de savoir qu’il est impossible de se garer à proximité et que l’appartement n’est pas accessible en voiture. Il faut donc obligatoirement prévoir un parking payant, de jour comme de nuit, ce qui peut représenter un coût supplémentaire.

Die Lage war einfach wunderbar zentral. Die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber! Alles ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher!

Proximité avec le centre et la catherale tout peut se faire à pied visites culturelles comme shopping
Le déco et la propreté de l appartement
Calme malgré la proximité avec le centre , la Chambre donne sur court …
Manque un peu la Clim en cas de forte chaleur , il y a un ventilateur mais un peu juste.
Le salon est très sombre mais ce n est pas très grave
