Metz very cool city and the apartment was even better than I expected

I really enjoyed my stay in Metz. The city is really cool and the apartment was great. Everything you need is included. Comfortable beds, Netflix, good kitchen. The apartment is much bigger than I expected.

The location and the apartment itself are awesome, had a great time and it was super spacy.

Finding the lockbox code was super confusing with my french concierge, I tried calling them and their answering machine says, in a more professional way, “read the manual”. No one ever picked up. Luckily, I found the way to get the code.

Fine apartment but no help when there is a problem they shoud fix

The accommodation was comfortable and fine. Relatively close tot the centre of town. Parking was perfect!

This apartment is managed by My French Concierge. You never meet anyone. That's oke. But if there is a problem you need to be able to speak to someone. In our case the heating en hot water didn't work (it was cold in march) due to low water pressure. There was a French language manual on how to fix it. We did't understand and called the phone number several times. No respons. Later that evening we received a message with the same manual we allready had attached. So the next morning we shoved the fridge away and in the end managed to fix the waterpressure. If there is a problem they should come around and fix it. It's not up to us to fix the waterpressure! They never even bothered to check if we had managed to fix it.

there was not spare toilet paper and we had to clean and carry the garbage to the public waste. We were even „threatened „ by email the day of departure that if we don’t follow their instructions they would keep money from the guarantee (250euro!!!) we had given. Also the virtual check in is requesting even a face photo above everything else.

OK for a short stay in Metz.

Great location for visiting centre Pompidou, bakery just few meters away open all days. Beds are comfortable and shower is very good.

The arrival information we have received was not 100% correct. During the stay we tried contacting host via sms but received no responce. We have not been informed of the free parking spot in the parking garage in advance. Apartment is functional but feels a bit soulless. It was chilly inside but we were not able to increase the heater temp. The building is old (and charming) but soundproofing is non existent.

Le chauffage est catastrophique ; l’appartement est glacial, et tout le monde n’est pas capable de réparer le système en suivant les instructions affichées au mur de la cuisine. Il faudrait qu’ils allument le chauffage avant l’arrivée des invités. :(

NUL ! et je suis gentil....

25 novembre à Metz, temps froid et pluvieux : pas de chauffage ni eau chaude a notre arrivée logement a 10° à 20h30, super ambiance ! Remise sous pression de la chaudière nécessaire, pour information je ne suis pas plombier chauffagiste ni déménageur ! ( nécessité de déplacer le frigo pour l'opération) 2h30 pour réchauffer le logement... on est 23h ! Ce matin réveillé par le froid à 6h: 14° dans le logement, chaudière inopérante de nouveau et fuite d'eau... Bien évidemment, pas de couverture ou couette d'appoint, pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche, pas de tapis de bain.... Ce logement est proposé par une société professionnelle... honteux !

Völlig ausreichend für ein Wochenende, könnte etwas gepflegter sein.

Die Lage. Supermarkt und Bäcker für den täglichen Bedarf in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zentrum ca 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz in der privaten Garage in der direkten Umgebung. Großes Apartment mit viel Platz.

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lässt doch zu wünschen übrig. Einiges in der Küche machte keinen sauberen Eindruck, Dreck in der Besteckschublade, wir haben das meiste nicht benutzt. Der Duschkopf lässt sich auch nicht unbedingt als sauber bezeichnen. Für unseren Geschmack sehr kleine Kopfkissen. Im ganzen wirkt das Apartment einfach etwas ungepflegt. Für ein Wochenende in Metz ist es aber allemal ausreichend. Wir waren quasi nur zum Schlafen dort.

Metz is een leuke, interessante stad. Vanuit deze ruime, mooie, locatie prima te bezoeken.

Prima, ruime, locatie. Op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum. Voldoende winkels, bakker, in de buurt.

We hebben 3 verschillende toegangscodes ontvangen. Niet handig. Eenmaal de juiste gevonden, ging het heel gemakkelijk. Met name in de keuken hebben we nogal wat stof aangetroffen, verder prima schoon.

J'ai vraiment aimé la maison, je l'ai juste trouvée négative parce que j'avais très froid 🥶 et la télé 📺 ne fonctionnait plus, le reste était parfait. Je suis revenu en été parce qu'en hiver ils meurent gelés 🥶

Familien-Wochenend-Ausflug

Schön groß, sauber. Problemloser Check-In. Netter Kontakt. Gute Erklärvideos (Heizung, Durchlauferhitzer) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg, Bahnhof 5 Minuten.

Durchlauferhitzer schaltete sich regelmäßig aus und musste neu eingestellt werden. Wasserkocher für max. 2 Personen geeignet. Geschirr und Besteck könnte mehr sein (bei Vollbelegung wird es arg knapp), z. B. nur 2 kleine Töpfe, keine Pfanne, keine Frühstücksteller... Kuchengabeln zum Genießen von Patisserie wären schön gewesen.

Mooi appartement op goede locatie. Heel geschikt voor 2 stellen.

Prima locatie. Dichtbij station en centre Pompidou maar toch rustige straat. Ruim appartement op 2 hoog.

Servies bestek kon iets uitgebreider. Als je wilt koken zijn de spullen wat mager maar het kan wel. Meubels en bedden zijn prima.

Hospedagem tranquila, sem surpresas ;)

Comunicação muito clara, todas informações organizadas num link digital. Apto grande, limpo, completo. Como estávamos viajando há 12 dias, pudemos lavar e secar as roupas tranquilamente. Bem aquecido, chuveiro muito bom.

Garagem um pouco afastada e escadas para acesso com malas ao apto - não tem elevador.
