Bon séjour en lorraine, le logement a gâché une grande partie de notre plaisir

RIEN !!!!!

L’état du logement est indigne : malodorant (odeur d’égout ),sale, literie sans alèse et forte odeur de tabac imprégnée, radiateurs rouillés, prises décrochées des murs, absence de détecteurs de fumée, absence de bouchon dans les éviers, forte odeur d’urine dans la partie WC et douche, lave main à la place d’un lavabo, aucune penderie pour les vêtements, le seul placard avec étagère sert à stocker le matériel d’entretien et divers, plaque de cuisson répugnante jamais utilisée par nous, télé inutilisable et embrouillamini de fils n’engageant pas à son usage, marches d’escalier bruyantes et sales, entrée de l’immeuble sale malodorante, porte d’entrée ne fermant pas (serrure explosée), tapis d’entrée pourri, douche n’engageant pas à son utilisation ( vive la toilette à l’évier de la cuisine), J’arrête !!!!

Bon rapport qualité prix, appartement confortable

le logement est très confortable, il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un long séjour. L'emplacement est bien, les bus qui vont au centre de Metz en 10 mn au pied de l'appartement. Il y a un parcours pédestre juste derrière l'appartement, le long de la Moselle, très pratique pour faire son sport! je recommande

- Emplacement pratique, proche du centre de Metz - Appartement spacieux

- 1/2 heure perdue à notre arrivée avant disposer de la clef; multiples formalités proposées trop tardivement pour enfin se voir communiquer le digicode; boîte aux lettres censée porter un nom (parmi de nombreuses autres) et finalement n'en portant aucun !!!!! - Nettoyage appartement non fait à notre arrivée !!!! Draps de lit des clients précédents, vaisselle non lavée .... - Personnel de nettoyage arrivé en urgence après 17 h (!!!) pour effectuer un travail expéditif (nous ont seulement remis 1 rouleau papier wc, flacon savon liquide à peine complété....) - Douche impossible à régler pour ne pas avoir de l'eau autrement que bouillante ou très chaude - Accès à l'appartement (2e étage) par un escalier de 40 marches jamais nettoyées (nombreux dépôts de terre laissés par qui ?) - Aucun personnel sur place pour régenter notamment le parking déjà étriqué dans lequel certains autres résidents laissaient leur voiture à un emplacement inadéquat rendant très difficiles les manoeuvres nécessaires pour entrer et sortir - Annonce d'un état des lieux auquel il serait fait référence lors du départ, en rapport avec la caution de 300,00 € alors qu'un état des lieux doit être contradictoire et que même pas un semblant de récapitulatif de mobilier ou d'équipement n'a été proposé !!!

Bon emplacement, Proche de tout. Beaucoup de rangements. Belle déco

Escalier qui mène à l’appartement très raid et long, cage d’escalier très sale. Nettoyage superficiel de l’appartement (poubelle très salle, beaucoup de poussière sous les lit, placard du chauffe-eau non entretenu, marc de café dans la cafetière lors de notre arrivée, aspirateur non passé sous les fenêtres) Eau de la douche BRÛLANTE et impossible de la réglé, Wifi inexistante ( elle apparaît puis disparaît et on ne la capte nul part dans la maison à part un peu dans la cuisine) L’appartement est situé au bord d’une route principale donc soit on ferme les fenêtres la nuit et il fait très chaud soit on ouvre et le bruit est infernal, chaque passages résonne très fort dans les chambres et le salon (quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes) Les bruit commence tôt le matin et finissent très tard le soir (même la nuit parfois). (Quand les bus passent on dirait un train et l’appartement tremble) Un des matelas n’est pas du tout confortable, on sens les ressorts et ma mère a eu mal au dos à cause de cela. Chaises très inconfortables, comme si il y a avait un trou dedans. MANQUE: Micro-onde (!!), Bro, Maniques pour le four, ciseaux, épluche légumes, couvercle pour les grande casserole/poêle. Honnêtement je serais prête à revenir uniquement si le wifi et la douche sont réparés (au minimum) Impossible de discuter avec les propriétaires, toute les infos sont données avec (ce qui semble être) des messages automatiques (via booking) et aucune réponse à nos question

Très spacieux, confortable, propre, conciergerie réactive

Suggestion: ajouter un micro-ondes, bouilloire avec calcaire. Un peu de bruit de la route.

Déçue

La porte d’accueillle etait fracturée. L’escalier qui monte à l’appartement passable. En ce qui concerne l’appartement c’était correct au niveau de la salle et de la cuisine par contre ce qui fait vraiment baisser ma note ceux sont les joints de la douches qui étaient sales et impossible de prendre une douche tellement la robinetterie etait entartrée. La porte de la salle d’eau difficile à fermer et celle de la chambre attenante également pour le reste correcte
