A gem in the heart of Metz

Bad experience

The apartment has its charm but read the negatives

Has no aircon, there was 1/2 a fan (half because it was literally half, being very dangerous) No internet - We try to contact the manager and had no response The area is central but doesn’t look very safe, the main door didn’t lock and was open all the time, we run into a shirtless drunk guy that was inside the building, its a 3rd floor with no elevator which wasn’t mention (my mom is 83….), the apartment can not fit more than 2 people as its very small (they sell it for 4). It was very hot and we had to have the windows open, there was lots of noise up until 4am (week day), we arrive late and was too late to go somewhere else, we couldn’t sleep coz the noise and heat. We were there for less than 10 hs and I wouldn’t recommended specially in summer. We contact the property and had no response

Lovely, authentic French ambience for short getaway.

Cute design and convenient area. French ambience and local feel. Love the boulangerie, salon and convenience store. Access to historic area, nice walks, children’s play area close by. We walked around a lot and explored on foot. Hosts replied quickly to messages.

It needed an extra fan for hot weather. The sofabed was ok but not super comfortable. The stairs are steep but manageable - not recommended for large luggage or mobility issues. Pillows need replacing.

À fuir, je ne comprends pas comment ce genre d’endroit se trouve sur booking.

Je n’ai rien aimé dans cet établissement, le bâtiment devrait être rasé au lieu d’être loué.

Un trou énorme dans le plafond à l’entrée, des murs moisis de l’entrée principal à l’entrée de « l’appartement », je ne vous parle même pas de l’odeur… La taque de cuisson cassé et libère des morceaux de verre. Les murs sont pourris, le lit sale (tache, cheveux et poils) et matelas souillé. Les radiateurs sont dans un état lamentable à l’intérieur. C’est une catastrophe!

Leider enttäuscht.

Die Lage in der Stadt war ok, Herz der Stadt ist wohl ein französischer Begriff,gemeintv sind wohl die Randgefäße. Platznutzung innerhalb der Wohnung genial!

Empfang: Direkt der Eingangstür war ein Penner, der dort regelmäßig sitzt. Deswegen stank es im Eingangsbereich sehr stark nach Urin und wir konnten nur unter Ekel wegen dem Geruch zur Türcode Eingabe. Schlafcouch: Der Lattenrost war komplett zerstört. Ich habe diese auf den Boden legen müssen um schlafen zu können. Schrank: Leider war dieser nicht benutzbar, da jemand ein nassen Wischmopp hinterlassen hat.

Appartement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes

L'appartement est bien situé , pas très loin du centre ville. Lit et canapé confortable, grande douche le plus une machine à laver le linge.

Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de donner des mauvais points mais il y en avait beaucoup pour nous. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ne ferme pas donc le digicode sert a rien. Les escaliers sont très étroits, ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Lumière sur le palier ne fonctionne pas. Au niveau de l'appartement wc très étroit entre la douche et le mur. Il faisait très chaud peux être qu'une climatisation serait un plus.nous avons dormi toutes les fenêtres ouvertes. Plaque de cuisson cassée, et l'hébergement est proposé pour 4 manque 1 tasse er des verres. Manque également la porte du petit congélateur, au niveau du frigo. Au niveau du ménage, des araignées au niveaux des fenêtres et des WC. Malheureusement ,le prix proposé pour nous , semble trop élevé.

Emplacement au top

Proximité du centre et de la cathédrale. Appartement un peu petit mais cosy. Pour un appartement qui s'appelle "une nuit à Metz", ne pas trouver de gel douche dans la salle de bain est un peu dommage... Les sols auraient pu être un peu mieux nettoyés. Attention, appartement réservé aux mobiles (escaliers étroits).

Très agréable, je recommande.

Charmant petit appartement, très bien rénové et équipé. Salle de bain propre et moderne. Mobilier adapté à la taille cosy du logement. Situé à 10 min max du centre-ville, quartier calme.

Réservation pour quatre mais préparation seulement pour deux. Quand on n’arrive tard, on perd patience à chercher de quoi faire les lits et trouver les serviettes. Mais rien de catastrophique.
