Large, lovely and airy apartment

Lovely large unit with all the amenities you need. The bathroom is particularly spacious and pretty.

The front door key was very tricky to operate. We were worried that it would break off in the lock.

A lovely apartment but not a perfect apartment

The apartment was nicely decorated and quite spacious and comfortable. It was very light inside as it had lots of windows. It overlooks the carpark and a small park area. The location of the apartment was an easy walk into town. We found the bed comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped for self-catering.

In general, the apartment is quite lovely, however: 1. (The ad 'incorrectly' said there was heating) There was NO heating. When we contacted the manager, we were advised that the heating was turned off at the end of April. No other form of heating was provided. The manager should have advised us of this situation when we first made the booking. We would have cancelled the booking. To only find out after we arrived was disappointing. 2. We could easily hear talking and the movements of the people in the flat above. It was quite noisy. It was worse as they also had a dog that barked. It also howled when it was home alone. (Note, it only barked and howled sometimes but not all the time). There was no noise while we were sleeping. 3. The towels provided were very old, worn out, and small. They need replacing. Hopefully, the management can address these issues for future guests.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement. Très bien équipé, literie confortable, bien situé pour visiter Metz. Accès et parking hyper facile. Un excellent pied a terre pour Metz.

Un détail : qques dosettes de café a dispo aurait été au top !

Gepflegte Unterkunft ohne WLAN

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, es gab direkt vor der Haustür einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Mit dem Bus ist man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nur auf französisch möglich (englisch wäre schön gewesen) und umständlich, viele Antworten bei Schwierigkeiten waren aus meiner Sicht nicht lösungsorientiert. Das WLAN Netz war mit einem falschen Namen angegeben und konnte auch mit den richtigen Einwahldaten nicht genutzt werden, was den Vermieter letztlich nicht interessiert hat. Die Heizung funktionierte am Abend der Ankunft nicht. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnte man das Badezimmer nicht gut heizen. Morgens gegen 4:00 Uhr lief an zwei Tagen eine Waschmaschine.

Ansprechendes Apartment, es wären Reparaturen nötig!

Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Badezimmer modern und die Lage in der Nähe der Mosel in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und ansprechend. Man kann sehr gut und kostenlos vor der Tür parken.

Leider war einiges defekt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer immer runterfiel, wodurch wir bei 36° nicht richtig lüften konnten. Es gab nur drei Essteller für vier Gäste und eine Bettdecke für zwei Kinder. Außerdem klemmte der Schlüssel.

Prima appartement, aanrader!

De communicatie met de vastgoedmanager was perfect en de entree was super gemakkelijk geregeld! Erg hygiënisch en mooi appartement met een goed bed.

Huis is vrij gehorig en de bovenburen hebben een hond die savonds af en toe blaft. Daarintegen snachts wel gewoon stil, heerlijk geslapen!

2 schöne Familientage in Metz

Alles war sehr unkompliziert, nette Kommunikation, auf Anfragen habe ich immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten.. Die Betten sind bequem, das Schlafsofa auch gut für 2 kinder nutzbar. Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung, Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Nespressomaschine. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht zentral, man ist aber schnell mit dem Bus im Zentrum. In der Nähe ist Lidl und eine schöne Bäckerei, nach Restaurants hatten wir nicht gesucht. Parken problemlos

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig Die Küchenausstattung an sich ist super, nur Geschirr / Besteck ist etwas wenig.

Rustige locatie, gratis parkeren bij appartement. Accommodatie netjes ingericht. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Wifi en TV aanwezig. Slaapplekken voor 4 personen.

Zaterdag avond als er voetbal is, is parkeren vlakbij appartement niet mogelijk; tijdelijk verderop in wijk parkeren.
