Beautiful villa in a quite place

Villa is a very beautiful old building with spacious territory and easy parking. Max 10 min walking or even less from the city centre. Beautiful common room and room for breakfast. Nice and quite side of the city surrounded by other beautiful villas. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room with tea/coffie capsules and a fridge. It's very warm there in the winter. The owner is a very nice and pleasant men, very open and helpful.

Rooms are a bit outdated (old) for that price. Everything else is perfect

Location and style. Also close enough to the centre of Spa to walk. The owner was excellent and extremely helpful.

The shower was too hot, and not possible to use on arrival, but was adjusted by the property when we asked.

Great owner, great beds, good breakfast and great location.

We couldn't get in so we called the owner and he was there within 2 minutes, really nice guy. It is an old building and some things still need to be done, but the beds are great and the breakfast was really nice. And we also got free coke and water in the fridge.

One side of the room needed some painting and the glasses for tea seemed a little bit dirty, but it defenitly wasn't to bad.

I have to say, this was one of the best accomodations I've ever visited. Located in the very calm residential area of Spa, while still in a proximity to the city centre, the first thing that welcomes you upon entering the villa is the distinctive art deco atmosphere and authentic ambience of the place, especially the cozy lounge and dining room, followed by the warm welcome and perfect approach of the owner Olivier, who is always kind to guide you around and tell you interesting information and details about the building and its enviroment. Great and fresh breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Plenty of parking space. The charm and soul of this villa is something I will never forget. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Would highly recommend.

The hotel is an historic estate that has a charming sitting room and a sunny breakfast area. The rooms have been nicely remodeled and the plumbing, heating, and electrical are all new and modern. We loved the tub/shower combo and the room refrigerator has free water and sodas. The owner, Oliver, who is fluent in many languages, is onsite and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the site has easy access to the city center and thermal spa. Also has free onsite off street parking. Would highly recommend.

A cozy welcoming stay! Will come back again!

Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Each morning French pastries were served with charcuterie and lovely French cheeses. A sous vide bath for eggs, a great Nespresso coffee bar. The art deco design in the dining and great room was lovely. Oliver is an amazing host paying attention to all details that make a stay away from home special. Our beds were really comfortable!!!!

Liked everything! Know that this place is a work in progress for renovations a bit at a time. We will definitely come again for another visit.

Très beau cadre mais le confort dans les chambres mansardées doit être amélioré pour les personnes de grandes tailles.

Le cadre, le calme, le gérant hyper sympa et le petit déjeuner ainsi que la très spacieuse salle de bain dans notre chambre

Monter les étages à pied sans ascenseur, le matelas un peu dur et la chambre un peu trop étroite. Pas de chauffage disponible à priori dans notre chambre également.

Schöne alte Villa, ruhig gelegen aber stadtnah

Die Villa Blanch ist wirklich sehr schön. Sie liegt nah an der Innenstadt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet, und hatte Alles was es braucht. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend, ebenso die Lounge mit Fernseher. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich mal in einem Hotel war das frische Brötchen, Brot und Croissants von einer Bäckerei hatte (nicht aufgebacken). Das war richtig toll!!!

Die Türen waren nicht sehr gut schallisoliert. Da es aber kein Party-Hotel ist, waren die Nachbarn sehr ruhig. Auch die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker, die Auswahl nicht so groß, aber völlig ausreichend.

Het ontbijt en de locatie.

Erg gehorig. Wij schrokken midden in de nacht wakker toen andere gasten voorbij onze kamer lopen naar hun eigen kamer einde van de gang. Het leek net alsof gasten bij ons de kamer in liepen. We hebben vervolgens 4 uur wakker gelegen, door de schrik. Dit was jammer. Een bordje met stilte zou niet overbodig zijn!

Prima voor een kort verblijf is Spa

De locatie was perfect, op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt was goed, niet heel uitgebreid maar er was voor ieder wat wils. Er is ruim voldoende gratis parkeerplaats.

We verbleven op de bovenste verdieping met schuine wanden. Om langs het bed te lopen moesten we daardoor bukken. De douche had een douchegordijn, iets wat niet meer van deze tijd is en naar mijn mening onhygiënisch. Door deze twee punten vond ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed.

Aangenaam maar niet verrast

Charmant gebouw op een mooie locatie

De kamers zijn wat verouderd met hier en daar toch schade ook het extra grote bed bleken gewoon 2 eenpersoonsbedden naast elkaar te zijn wat toch vervelend is. Bij het ontbijt bleek de yoghurt gekabbeld te zijn en niet meer goed.
