Our stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

The apartment is conveniently located — relatively close to the city’s main square and other attractions. There is a bakery nearby with delicious pastries and a large grocery store within walking distance. Public transport connections are good.

Unfortunately, our stay left a negative impression. The apartment does not match the photos shown on the website. The pictures displayed a proper sofa, but in reality it was a fold-out bed with a very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Pillowcases were missing, and there were no face towels provided. There was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. The room was very cold during our stay. There is also an unpleasant and strange smell in the building entrance, and the apartment itself is quite noisy. We also experienced issues with check-in and check-out times. The website clearly states that check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00; however, we were informed that the apartment would only be ready after 15:00. When we tried to clarify this, we were told that we “do not understand how everything works.” A similar situation occurred with check-out. The confirmation clearly states that check-out is from 05:00 to 11:00, yet we were told that we must leave by 10:00. After contacting the host, we were again told that we “do not understand.” The only positive aspect is the convenient location. Otherwise, we cannot recommend this apartment.

Renovate the bathroom

A good location, everything needed for living

Very noisy at night, neighbours above and below were screaming, talking loudly, stamping and dropping something all the night. Poor bathroom and dirty cutlery

Decently appointed apartment in a somewhat questionable neighborhood; good for a needed night stay by train station.

The amenities were very functional and handy for the impromptu stay we had when our train was canceled. Communication with the staff was easy and prompt. The beds were very comfortable and it was so great having a fridge to use. It was also very close to the train station, which made getting to and from the station very quick.

There were no bath or hand towels and only one paper towel left on the role. This was tricky, and a surprise, especially when we got in so late and just wanted to shower. It was fairly clean, though the couch was stained and their was some peeling of the walls in the bathroom. We learned after booking that the neighborhood was know to be a bit dodgy. As we literally were only needing a place to sleep, we didn’t go out and about except to connect with our rides.

Once we reach and it’s time for checking in, the room was unavailable and not ready for check in , it was dirty , no one clean it. We have to wait an hour with exhausted because our traveling

The flat was not ready and clean at the time of entry i.e. at 3.00 pm, I have to wait more time to get it cleaned and decided to go outside till get cleaned. Further no towel or bathroom mat, no kitchen tissue paper, the pillows are useless. Bathroom door does not lock property. Soap provided is not in good condition. Shower water does not drain etc. Neighbours are not friendly and asked me to walk slowly in the apartment since it is making noise when kids are moving around.

I wouldn’t book again

Location

It smelled intensively of mold. Pillows were old and not comfortable and they didn’t give us another blanket for a 3rd person. You can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors so don’t count on getting any rest. The kettle was dirty from limescale. There are no mats in the bathroom so the floor will stay wet.

We arrived after checkin time but apartment was not ready. Had to wait for cleaner then had to go out 1 hour for cleaner to clean apartment. Some areas in apartment are not in optimal condition (e.g. paint peel in corner).

Shower was blocked which made things messier There was no towel or bath mat to put outside of the shower The Wi-Fi was very weak The shower towels were quite old and had bleach stains The pillows were clearly old and very used Walls were paper thin Neighbourhood felt somehow unsafe There was a wardrobe with a hoover and an iron inside but no hangers The communication with the staff was very poor

The apartment is clean, very convenient location, close to metro and tram stops.

Booked for 4 people, but there were only 3 pillows, as well as towels. There is no shower mat in the bathroom, so the whole floor is wet. Poor soundproofing

Small rooms, view to nowhere, narrow and steepy stairs. We missed any place for hanging jackets.

Pleasant

Easy communication with the host during check in and check out. Good heating and a nice kitchen area with appliances. Hand soap and towels included, wifi also provided :) .

Install thicker doors with more security - e.g. Chain locks from the inside as it is loud on the staircase at night. A good addition would also be a hairdryer. Other than that, all good.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement très proche du centre ancien

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement du logement. Commerces, métro et gare Bruxelles midi à proximité. Nous avons également apprécié la taille du logement, confortable pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 ados). Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de faire une cuisine simple (petits déjeuners, dîners simples). Nous recommandons la boulangerie ouverte tous les jours de 6h à 22h à quelques pas du logement. La présence des produits de nettoyage était un plus. La literie était bonne.

L'appartement s'est révélé assez bruyant le soir, et certains éléments de confort pourraient être ajoutés : des portes manteaux dans le séjour et dans la salle de bain. Revoir la clef (pas facile à utiliser) et la porte d'entrée (la poignée est fragile). La présence du wifi ou d'une télé aurait été un plus.

Desastroso, ocupas y mal oliente

Parecia recien reformada, y estaba mas o menos cerca de las cosas.

El hombre que nos entró a la casa no nos dijo ni hola, olía todo el apartamento a marihuana y a persona sucia, LA PUERTA NO CIERRA, pasas miedo por la noche a saber si te entra alguien, parecía un bloque de ocupas porque estaba todo muy mal, escalones en los que no cabe ni un pie 35, el del piso de arriba se pasó hasta las 4 de la mañana dando pisotones parecía que hacía una maratón ahí dentro, un ruido que no te dejaba dormir. NO VAYÁIS.

Lo peor que he visto

Absolutamente nada. Un robo, impresentable. Vergüenza tendría que darle alquilar eso. Por 10 euros más me vine a un Hotel hermoso. Olor nauseabundo, mucha basura a los pies de la escakera, escalera por caerse. La puerta del baño no cerraba y estaba frente de la supuesta cocina. Parte del piso parecía que se hundía, la conversación de arriba era como tenerla dentro, el techo parecía que se hundía. La atención pésima, nos pidieron que avisaremos 20 minutos antes y cuando lo hicimos nos trataron muy mal. Terrible ojalá nadie más caiga en esa trampa. 20 días en Europa y la única mala experiencia

Lo detalle antes, absolutamente nada. Sucio, olor nauseabundo, malos tratos de la persona que nos recibió, pésima las instalaciones. Dormimos vestidos por el asco que daba. Un robo.
