A great find, this property is great on so many levels, plenty of space, enough bathrooms/toilets. Beds really comfortable, lovely crisp white bedding. Each room has a hairdryer which was a nice suprise, especially as we were a group of 5 women. Kitchen had everything you need, even loads of complimentary tea/coffee/sugar, you usually just get a handful. (Although we did take our own). Each room was spotless, no complaints at all. Location is on a lovely quiet street, great access onto the river side then a 10 min walk into York. Owner very helpful with Q's ...would definitely return to this property and recommend it.
Nothing, only we would recommend coasters for drinks, it didn't seem right to put our drinks straight onto side tables, but that's just our thoughts.

The property is very spacious and well equipped - ideal for groups - with three bathrooms.
The owner was very responsive and accommodating.
It was very clean and warm.
Location is brilliant … a ten minute walk to the station and about 15 minutes to town. In a quiet residential area.
A movie was being filmed in the adjacent street which added to the excitement!
Nothing to dislike only comment would be that the lounge is functional rather than homely probably usually used as an extra bedroom with sofa beds. Plenty of additional seating in dining kitchen and conservatory

Great location, comfortable beds & linen.
Incorrect key code sent. Blood stain on pillowcase, bedside light not working, mould in one of the bathrooms, couldn’t work dishwasher.
