Chic Newly-Renovated Apartment Steps from Subway in Vienna's Hernals District

The location was fine, a very quiet neighborhood, supermarket 250 m away, tram - 43 near - U-Bahn U6 -Alser strasse is very close by as well. Fine size of the apartment

The bed was not very good, in our opinion they need a new better quality, and the springs made so much noise as well, never heard such a noisy bed before. Every time you moved such loud. We had to change from the bed to the sofa. In my opinion, the most important thing of a stay is a bed, where you can sleep well and then that the room clean (which it was!) So please get a new bed.

Location a little far from centre but a nice straight walk and easy to jump on scooter or cab. Nearly presented and comfortable with all necessary needs for a short stay.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was lack of access. We could not get into the apartment when we first arrived late in the night. Locked outside late at night in -4 degree weather was not enjoyable. This was then a 2 hour wait for maintenance to come unlock the door with a key as the code did not work. We were then locked out a second time from the main door accessing the apartment block the next morning. We were given multiple incorrect door access codes for the building entrance. The contact speaking with us giving the wrong codes was also extremely rude! For a couple only staying for 3 nights this was not the most enjoyable trip. Pair this with excessive phone bill charges needing to call from international numbers made this a quite unenjoyable trip. Can’t say we will return again.
