QUIET very well located property! In front of Alser Strabbe Train Station. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. The terrrace is a PLUS!! well maintained building.
More towels and a microwave will be a great add.

The apartment has a very convenient location across the street from a Ubahn station. It is located on the ground floor, so there is no lugging heavy suitcases up stairs. The apartment is quiet and spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen was very well equipped.
The double bed is comfortable and fine for a solo traveler, but might be cosy for a couple.

Квартира очень удобно расположена — прямо за дверью метро и трамвайная остановка. Внутри всё продумано и отлично оборудовано, особенно порадовало тёплое и комфортное отопление. Хотя квартира довольно тёмная, там довольно уютно. Не смотря на то, что дом находится на очень оживленной улице, внутри было более чем тихо - слышно было только сирены спецмашин. Есть свой небольшой дворик — вид не самый живописный, но для центра Вены это редкость и большое преимущество. Хозяин вежливый и отзывчивый, помог нам, когда возникли небольшие сложности. Заселение — быстрое и понятное. Отличный вариант для короткой поездки в Вену.
